3.00Be careful when booking the cruise, they advertise with luxurious rooms and ships! Do not expect this luxury. We booked the 4-star cruise and expected an experience like the picture you see first. At the very bottom there is 1 actual of the room you will get! Old and not that clean! Which in my opinion is somewhat misleading! We had cockroaches in the room and it was very noisy because it's not properly isolated. It's mostly the companies policies that do not stand me. You get one small bottle of water for free, which is not enough if you want more water you will have to pay. If I pay more then 100 euros for a cruise I expect at least water included as they mention in the listing. They don't tell you that you will just get 1 bottle on board. The food was actually very nice and tasty the staff went all the way to give us the best service they could give within the rules they have to operate within! They are so kind and nice. Special thanks to Mister Winter our tour guide for the tour who made our activities so much more fun!

5.00Wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay with journey elegance cruise. Our room was incredible, very relaxing bath and comfy bed! All staff amazing and friendly, cruise manager Tony very good fun and Mr Win also, fantastic. We had a great time, everything very organised and we were always informed of everything. Lovely brunch to finish the trip. Definitely recommend 2 nights over 1 or would feel rushed.

4.00The ship was nice. The room on the 2nd floor was fabulous - very luxurious. However the maintanence is a problem - the bathroom has glass walls and blinds but guess what, the blinds were broken and couldn't be repaired! The itinerary is standard and keeps you engaged. The host is responsive and manages well. Food is good. The seafood dinner was served course wise and was delicious. However the lunch and brunch were buffet style and food ran out pretty quickly- chicken over, yoghurt gone and in dessert even the fruits were over before many people finished their meals, forget the pastries. Also, notably no water is served for meals, except water in cans is sold, pretty expensive. Though drinking water is available elsewhere and you can fill your bottles and bring it. All in all, a decent experience!
