The trip was very nice and we were able to see the major sights. The driver/guide was very friendly and very welcoming. He was clearly focused on our having a good time. We were picked up as arranged and dropped off close to our hotel. However, please note that the trip was not exactly as advertised. The breakfast stop was actually just a service station. We did not stop at Mutton Bird Lookout, Mait's Rest, or Anglesea Chocolate and Ice Cream Factory. Also note that it is a long day with a lot of time sitting on the bus.

An excellent and full day (c12 hours) seeing the sights of the Great Ocean Road. Steve our host/guide was also great, helpful and very knowledgable - he found us koalas and at the end a mob of kangaroos.

Very long day, but so worth it! Steve was our driver and guide. Very funny and knowledgeable. Went to Loch and George, the 12 apostles, Razorback and Island Archway at FT. Campbell National Park, then to lunch in Apollo Bay. Next was Melba Gully then went to see Koala bears in their natural habitat. Next up was Bells Beach and saw mobs of kangaroos. There were frequent stops for restroom breaks and food. On our shuttle was free water and plenty of air conditioning. Lots of photo ops!

An awesome day on great ocean road! The reverse route was so valuable to catch up on sleep then be engaged from 11am until we're back to Melbourne in the evening. Steve was a great driver and storyteller. He never rushed us and brought us to some gem spots to see koalas and kangaroos! Would definitely recommend

An absolutely amazing trip and really recommended taking the reverse route. A long day but saw so much and never felt rushed. Steve the driver/guide is very passionate about sharing his love of the Great Ocean road and ensuring everyone has a great time, as well as the opportunity to see koala and kangaroos in the wild. He was extremely conscious of safety issues given current bush fires. Rear bus seats are not really comfortable, so suggest if older or have back issues, choose other seats on the bus.
