5.00Angel from Rocky Mountain Trips took us to Banff National Park yesterday (22 Jan 2026) and he was born to be a travel guide! He took us to the very best winter locations for photos, he took us for a hike in Johnston Canyon, he brought water, he stopped for plenty of washroom and snack breaks, he shared his vast knowledge and great sense of humor, he provided ice cleats for the hike, he was awesome. I would recommend this day trip for anyone! All the stars!!!

5.00This tour was the best way to explore a part of the Rockies! Our Tour Guide Teddy was on time and ready with a smile when we arrived. The bus was very comfy (Better than most ive been in) and there were seatbelts and charging stations. I brought my headphones but Teddy had some great music playing. From the beginning to the end of the trip Teddy was very informative on telling us where and what we were going to do. He also had a lot of knowledge of of all the history along the way informing us about the mountains and animals and where things originated ... it was awesome and being born and raised here there was a lot I didn't know. Our first stop was Johnston Canyon than Lake Luise and Banff (Skijoring was going on and it was still easy to get in find parking and watch the show !) . Throughout the whole trip Teddy stayed with us , chatted with everyone and made sure we wore proper gear when needed and where to go. The sights were beautiful and my kids had a blast stopping at each place. We had two hours in Banff and got some awesome food at The Boss restaurant. The best part of the trip was being able to sit back and relax and enjoy the trip for once with my boys instead of driving . It was great and I highly recommend this tour group!!!

5.00Myself and my partner were lucky enough to book this tour and be guided by Angel. Whilst the itinerary of the trip and communications with the tour operator were absolutely fantastic, Angel’s knowledge, guidance and overall effort really raised the experience to another level. This view was reflected by all others on our tour with the group consensus being that Angel really made the tour ! We would recommend this to anyone looking to experience the region with knowledgeable and interactive guides.
Would book again or tell others to book!

5.00This tour was so much fun! Our tour guide Teddy was so knowledgeable and hospitable. I appreciate that he talks us through every spot we visited so we are aware of the background and history of it. Teddy made sure guests felt comfortable and safe and even had a conversation with all of us individually so we weren’t all complete strangers lol. Every spot was a beautiful sight to see and great spots for photos. Plenty of leisure time at each stop. We really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend.
