5.00Mark was a fantastic tour operator. He was timely; had a fantastic coffee/hot chocolate bar and was so knowledgeable about Banff National Park. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to tour the Banff area.

5.00I booked this the night before the tour after two other companies canceled. Mark confirmed within an hour and reminded me of the pickup location. From pickup to drop off was incredible easy. Mark was very patient and also took photos with stunning backgrounds. I highly recommend him especially for solo travellers.

5.00We had an amazing Banff–Lake Louise tour with Marc from Grizzly! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and full of great tips throughout the day. He even provided cleats for our shoes and treated us to hot chocolate and warm coffee, which made a big difference in the cold. Marc truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Mark made our day trip most memorable. He shared so much about the scenic route to the destinations. He offered us nice warm drinks for the ride which was perfect after being out in the cold. We definitely made the most of our time with the length of the tour. I highly recommend jumping on board the Grizzly Banff bus!
Never felt rushed at any stop. Owner was kind and even gave us tips for other adventures in the area!

5.00Mark was fabulous!! Pick up and drop off was seamless. It’s normally a small group tour but the other passengers for the day had a change of plans and it ended up being a private tour for me and my husband! Mark explained the history behind the places we visited and even a few of the legends and lore. The tour van was comfortable and ice cleats were provided for the ice walk. 10/10 recommend and we be choosing this tour again when we return in the summer!!
