Bob was brilliant, we had a fantastic day. Learning about the bridge and the prisoners of war. Getting to see the bridge as well was amazing and how they rebuilt it. We actually got to see a train coming through, which made the experience feel even more authentic. The waterfalls were unbelievable, I honestly can’t explain how amazing they are! Me and my boyfriend had the best day and made the best memories. We sat and ate with Bob and he was so good to talk to as we love meeting new people from all walks of life. Thanks again bob, we will definitely come back in the future 😊 Sarah and Tom

Our tour guide Eddy was great. We learned a lot and had a great time. Our group was 8 people from all over the world and we had a good time together. Lunch was not included like I initially thought but we did stop to get food and had a couple bathroom breaks. The museum was sad yet informative. The bridge was cool to see. I do wish we would have had more time at erawon but we hiked up to level 4 and got in the water a bit at level 3. I definitely recommend water shoes.

It was a good tour overall. Not the best guide, a bit vague about the information, but it was all worth it for Erawan. Absolutely stunning.

The visit to the JEATH museum was very rushed by our guide. Did not have enough time to even see all the parts or look at the pictures. The area around the bridge was “tacky” considering how many men died. The waterfalls were attractive but strenuous.

We had a fantastic time on the Erawan and Bridge over Kwai tour. The tour van and guide Kit were on time from pickup and drop to all the location visits. It wasn't hurried at all and there was enough time to enjoy every place we visited. The waterfalls are amazingly beautiful. Tip: Do remember to take the life jacket from Level 1 of the falls, even if you want to go upto Level 7, you won't get it later, and you can't get into the water without it. Definitely recommend this tour!

To preface: the sites were really cool this review is not to condemn those. My fiance and I enjoyed walking across the bridge and the hiking the waterfalls. Those things were a solid 3.5,4/5. Being from the USA and going to Yosemite, Yellowstone, Zion, Acadia, Grand Canyon, etc it's pretty hard to match that but the falls were really cool. And being able to say you walked the bridge over the river kwai is cool too. Especially for me as I have multiple family members who fought in the Pacific theater and some who were captured in the Phillipines. P S. The food at the park was kinda sketchy looking (a lot of precooked food from earlier in the day just sitting out who knows how long before you potentially order it) at least from my point of view. Luckily we brought snacks. However.... I would not recommend doing this tour with our guide Pop. To start we paid extra to be picked up the hotel. I get a phone call 10 min before pick up time asking where I was (I was at the pickup point in the lobby waiting). We end up having to go out onto the street and walk down like 75 meters to the van. Then we went to pick up the next couple (a nice Lithuanian guy and his grandmother). They also paid to be picked up at their hotel but had been called and told to instead meet the van at a train station (presumably an easier spot for the van). Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since we paid extra to have a hotel pick up. Our guides English was a solid 1.5/5. As a native English speaker I could pick up and deduce what he was saying but about 60% of what he said was said broken other non native English speakers couldn't grasp it. I ended up translating his broken English into fluent English so our tour buddies could understand what was being said. During our trip when he wasn't sleeping the guide was just scrolling through legitimate porn on his phone zooming VERY close into specific areas of the female anatomy (im sure you know what I'm talking about). So if you have a wife, daughters, GFs etc be aware. My fiance doesn't want to see that crap; you're an adult and can do whatever you want but do it on your own time. He definitely didn't know that we could see what he was looking at since he was just doom scrolling through it on the ride in front of us. Probably thought he was in a private universe up there. Also, as a side note, kind of weird in my opinion but it seemed like he had a lot of pictures of previous tour groups in his photos app he would click on and look at (mostly of women). So just be wary of letting him photograph your female loved ones and then telling you he can send to you on what's app; i declined that offer and he took a picture with my phone only. The driver was also doing some questionable maneuvers. Like passing slower vehicles in obviously no passing zones (solid yellow lines) closer to turns that I would have done. On the ride back, when he wasn't sleeping, he was doom scrolling tik tok with the volume on loud (so freaking annoying, headphones arent that expensive bro) viewing mostly videos of 'sexy' women singing or doing whatever it is those influencer people do on there he was pausing to take screenshots of particular points they looked the least clothed/'sexiest.' when he wasn't doing that he was listening to music on YouTube out loud from his phone speaker. And, in my opinion, the worst offense was before we left he asked us to scan a QR code to rate him and he kept hovering over all of us trying to peer pressure everyone into giving him 5 stars because the more high reviews he gets the more business he gets (or at least that's what he said). I told him my phone was gonna die and I would do it on the van when I could plug it into my portable charger. Frankly, id ask for a refund purely based on how uncomfortable my fiance felt and how annoying/unprofessional it was to listen to his doom scrolling on the ride back but I doubt I'd get one so I'm not gonna bother trying.

Excellent from our guide Bond and driver Sung San, everything was on time like clockwork and they were both very friendly, generous with snacks drinks, conversations and advice. Highly recommended trip, the 7 water falls were an amazing site and truly great natural beauty.

We had a small group of 3 people and nowhere was there a time pressure. We had the time at the bridge. And even kept waiting for the train to pass. Also at the waterfalls we had enough time to walk to level 7 and swim some more. Our guide "Bond" was a super sweet lady and very helpful. Highly recommended!
