It was a very well planned itinery. Ryan from first express was accomodating on changes and explaining additional charges on tickets and meals so that there were no surprises. Garry, our guide is very knowleable and experienced. He explained the history and towns and alert us on the perfect photos opportunities on the bus and attractions. All instructions and explainations were in both Chinese and English. Garry also went to extra effort to optimise our experience when the weather prevented us from entering one of the site. He gave clear instructions especially on the glacier experience and personally checks on the safety and comfort of the group. This was the last summer tour but the weather made it a christmas experience in october. A perfect way to start your time in Canada. Will definitely recommend it.

The tour is 90% in Chinese language, people who don’t know Chinese language shouldn’t not join the tour. Food also on main meal periods is Chinese food.

The tour has been terrible not, the following, for the following reasons: 1. The first and last day they are wasted due to the factor, I don’t know the distance between Vancouver and the rocky mountains anymore, but the fact that the two ‘important’ stops are to sell you products. Specifically on the return day you can not see anything of Kaloomps, but only a Chinese establishment of an industrial estate where they try to sell ginseng for gold price. 2. Although the second and third day you see places of dream and unspeakable beauty, they give you barely 10/15 minutes to get off quickly, take a picture and return to the bus. It’s striking to be allowed 45 minutes to buy Chinese tea, and 15 minutes to see the imposing Peyto Lake. The guide constantly rushes you to see him quickly and get to the hotel as soon as possible. Although in some you have a little more time to see the places and read the signs that may be there. For example, on Lake Louise the stop is for lunch and 15 minutes on payment. On the skywalk in Jasper National Park, all you can do is walk the walkway quickly and take a photo of yourself. We arrived here 10 minutes late at the required time because I wanted to read the posters where they explain in detail the formation of the glaciers. I find it terrible to pay money to see these places and just be let off to take a picture. The guide even insists that if you can arrive before the maximum time the better, so you can be at the hotel sooner. 3. The staff is very unpleasant, especially the driver. My boyfriend urgently needed to take something out of his backpack at a stop, and he asked the driver nicely if he could open the trunk. He replied very unpleasantly that no, that we were only going to be 15 minutes in the place (I was with my mobile watching social networks). It is rating that neither the guide nor the driver has the desire or motivation to work. 4.They try to convince you to hire the ‘meal plan’ to steal more money. Good thing we did it!!All the restaurants except two, are Chinese restaurants of friends of theirs!!! and in those that are not they put Chinese food without you can choose. They sell you the story that you have included 3 breakfasts, but in the hotel banff breakfast is free for all hotel guests! Also, breakfast on the day of return tells you to It's going to be done in any place, and the truth is that the place looks good to eat a Canadian breakfast, but if you haven't hired the meal plan consisting of Chinese food, they won't let you eat breakfast on the grounds that they'll take a long time to prepare and that it exceeds the maximum hour. 5. It's a deception the price. In the end, it’s much more expensive than other tours with better looks because they require you to pay $60 per person for tips, which is painful to pay to such vague and unpleasant people. When you hire the tour it says it's $15 per person but it's not true. In short, I do not recommend the tour at all. Better to hire another one. Proves it. the fact that the bus was half empty.

I had such an amazing time on this 4-day Banff bus tour! As a solo traveler, it was the perfect mix of well-organized, stress-free travel and stunning sights like Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, the group was welcoming, and everything ran smoothly. A fantastic way to experience Banff. I’d highly recommend it!

The tour guide, Tom, took us to the most beautiful lakes, glaciers, mountains and rivers in Banff and Jasper National parks in 4 days. We had an incredible, amazing experience. There were only 21 of us tourists on our trip yet we rode in a full size coach with ~50 seats. Each of us had 2 seats. Tom said they always use the larger coach. Some criticisim I've read: 1. The food is all low grade Chinese. We found it was about half and half. We didn't come for the cusine, we came for the views and were more than satisfied. 2. Tom the tour guide has a heavy Chinese accent. You may have trouble understanding him. He repeated all instructions multiple times, so we didn't have much trouble understanding, eventually. We enjoyed every aspect of this tour and we recommend it.
