Great tour and tour guide Diana was great. We have lived in Houston 3 years and first time visiting the tunnels. Now I understand why we do not see many people walking outside downtown, all the employees are underground.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Tour with an Incredible Guide! This tour was such a fantastic experience, and Diana truly made it exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Houston’s history. We learned so much—from fascinating stories about the buildings and tunnels to insights we never would have picked up on our own. Diana has a wonderful way of bringing history to life while keeping the tour fun, relaxed, and easy to follow. She was thoughtful about pacing, answered questions with depth and enthusiasm, and made everyone feel welcome and included. If you’re considering the Astroville Tunnel Tour, I can’t recommend it enough—and if you’re lucky enough to get Diana as your guide, you’re in for a real treat. This was easily one of the highlights of our time in downtown Houston!

The tour was interesting. So much history. I've lived 90 min from Houston and didn't even know tunnels existed until a few years ago. Diana was our tour guide. She was GREAT!!! The tour doesn't just give history about the tunnels but also the buildings you're walking under.

We had a great guide Diana. There was a lot of history of the city on the tour if you enjoy that kind of stuff. You get to see some amazing architecture and the story behind a lot of the buildings downtown.

We enjoyed the tour. I am a native Houstonian who once worked downtown so I had used the tunnels in the 1970s and 80s, but only in a small area not included on the tour, so much of it was new to me. I was all new to my teenage and adult grandchildren and they enjoyed it, too. The fee was reasonable and the length of the tour was just right. Diana was a good guide, interesting and friendly. We went the Friday after Christmas so there was very little activity downtown. Most of the shops and eateries in the tunnels were not open. That made it much easier to see and hear the guide.

Diana was an excellent guide, and although we live in Houston and have visited the tunnels before, taking a guided tour is highly recommended. We learned so much, and it was an interesting step back in time. Our out-of-town visitors enjoyed it as well. Great day activity for out-of-town guests and locals alike.
