Hi! I'm Kevin, born and raised in Chicago, and I've been living in Strasbourg since 2020. I love sharing my adopted home with travelers who enjoy a mix of culture, history, humor, and authenticity!
In this “Introduction to Strasbourg” walking tour, we will visit many highlights of sights and life in the city. We will marvel in the beauty of Strasbourg’s iconic cathedral and stroll through Petite France, Strasbourg’s most picturesque neighborhood, followed by a stunning view of the city away from the crowds. Along the way, I will also be pointing you towards other things to explore for the rest of your stay in the city!
This is a relaxed, friendly walking tour. Rather than a history lecture, it’s more like a walk with a friend with fun facts, local stories, and excellent food recommendations to share! Whether you're here for a day or a week, I'll make sure that Strasbourg feels a little more familiar :)
(Please note: we will not be entering inside the cathedral during the tour.)

5.00We had an excellent tour of the city! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and truly enjoyable. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories that brought the city’s history and culture to life. Since he’s from Chicago, we loved how easy it was to relate to him as fellow North Americans coming from Canada. It made the conversation feel natural, familiar, and fun, and added an extra level of connection to the experience. We discovered beautiful spots we would have never found on our own and learned so much along the way. The pace was comfortable, the explanations were clear, and the whole experience felt both fun and enriching. 5.00Well planned, paced and executed tour of Strasbourg which included parts of Old Town, New Town and Little France districts. While walking the history of the entire region is discussed and everything is covered in less than 3 hours. Perfect shore excursion for a Rhine river cruise or a city tour.

5.00Kevin gave us a great tour around the most interesting spots in that beautiful city, enriching the information with personal anecdotes ,lots of historic context and tips for things to check out (museums and restaurants) His enthusiasm for this city was more than tangible and his fire sparked our fascination for that place as well. We had a great time and can only recommend it.

He even quizzed us and gave positive responses to our answers. From the tour, my understanding of the city increased significantly. His recommendations of restaurants were also very helpful. Above all, Kevin seemed to enjoy his job.

5.00Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable of France/Strasbourg and knew many historical facts. Additionally did a great job at taking us to scenic spots for pictures/views as well as provided us his recommendations for additional things to do or a whole list for places to eat which I was able to take advantage of!
