Hi! I'm Kevin, born and raised in Chicago, and I've been living in Strasbourg since 2020. I love sharing my adopted home with travelers who enjoy a mix of culture, history, humor, and authenticity!
In this “Welcome to Strasbourg!” walking tour, we will visit many highlights of sights and life in the city. We will marvel in the beauty of Strasbourg’s iconic cathedral, stroll through Petite France, Strasbourg’s most picturesque neighborhood, followed by the city's most important squares. Along the way, I will also be pointing you towards other things to explore for the rest of your stay!
This is a relaxed, friendly walking tour. Rather than a history lecture, it’s more like a walk with a friend with fun facts, local stories, and excellent food recommendations to share! Whether you're here for a day or a week, I'll make sure that Strasbourg feels a little more familiar :)

- we will not be entering inside the cathedral during the tour

The tour started right on time, Kevin loves the city and is very knowledgeable, he makes the story serious and funny. Has tons of information and walks you through very cool spots. Strasbourg is a fantastic and interesting city I very much recommend doing this tour first as you arrive :) Thank you Kevin!

Absolutely the best tour I’ve been on. Kevin was so knowledgeable about not just Strasbourg’s history but about where to shop, eat, catch public transportation, etc. My daughter and I were there a few days before she was to begin a college semester in Strasbourg and Kevin included so much useful information about student life and how to go about daily life in the city. Upon hearing my daughter would be in Strasbourg for four months he said “you couldn’t have picked a better place.” We couldn’t have picked a better tour.

Kevin was an excellent guide and we really enjoyed it. We had not been to Strasbourg before and wanted to know the secrets and best places. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, knew Strasbourg like the back of his hand. The "tour" was more of an informed, friendly chat with friends. There were 4 of us in a our party and joined by another 4 people so small group. Highly recommend.

Kevin was an amazing guide who showed us all around Strasbourg. He was a very kind, patient, and knowledgeable person. You can tell he really loves giving tours and cares about his city. He gave us a great list of restaurants to try and sites to check out after the tour. We really enjoyed our tour and 100% recommend him to anyone visiting the city.

Wonderful experience! It was very cold out but it was a great tour. Informative and interesting, our 11 year old loved it as well. Learned some great tips for the Christmas markets but loved the historical information about Strasbourg, definitely recommend

We had a fantastic experience on our walking tour of Strasbourg with Kevin. He’s an English speaker originally from Chicago, which made everything easy to follow, and his passion for the city really came through. He shared a great mix of history, fun facts, and personal insight into why he chose to move to Strasbourg, which made the tour feel especially authentic. Even though it was raining that day, Kevin kept the tour fun and upbeat and still managed to get us to some beautiful spots for photos. Our group was very small, just three of us, (my husband, me, and a lovely woman from Norway), and he took full advantage of that by adding extra stops and tailoring the experience to our interests…He also gave incredible recommendations along the way like restaurants, bakeries, shopping, and even a thoughtfully organized list by food type, including tips on when to make reservations. I strongly recommend doing this tour early in your trip so you can fully take advantage of his suggestions and get a great feel for the city. Kevin was awesome, and I truly can’t recommend him enough

Kevin was friendly and was very informative, well presented. The walk was well worth it and ours took longer than the stipulated time. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg

Busy time of year to be here during Christmas Market. But our guide knew where to cut down to keep us out of crowds to see the sites but also shared with us some items not to miss at the market. His Vin chaud Blanc was way better than the first one we got. So that was a great call and history while a bit sad made a ton of sense for Petti France. He answered a ton of old questions too. The town is Beautiful and he seems very proud to share it with guest.
