4.00The guide was excellent and the group was a manageable size. Our guide made the tour efficient and engaging. The 4 is the meeting point instructions were not followed. We were at mtg pt 20 min in advance and there was no white flag or tour designation as noted. Frustrating and we were thinking we had been scammed. Had to call agency and then they found us - where they actually should have been. After that the tour was excellent
