5.00Great tour with Aziz. It was cold and we strayed a bit late but it’s fine. Highly recommended. Such a charming handsome young guy. We would have definitely not discovered those places on its own.

5.00We had what turned out to be a tour with just Aziz, myself, and my daughter. It was a cold day! But the tour was great. Aziz is such a pleasant and personable guy. He knew so much about the history of Banff, and took us to places around town we would not have likely discovered on our own. Great morning!! We just sure needed a hot chocolate to warm up afterwards 🤪

5.00It was awesome. My friend and I learned a little bit more about the history of banff. Are tour guide took us around the town and showed us different aspects where we would not really look otherwise. It was a great way to spend a couple hours just getting back to Nature and a wonderful experience. Our tour guide azim was very friendly and knowledgeable. And he even helped us take a few pictures and we shared a couple laughs.

4.00Our tour was good. Our guide was “Aziz” and he was knowledgeable about Banff and its surroundings. The tour overall lacked a little excitement in the way of personality. We could have done without being told how much the tour was worth for tipping purposes. I think most people understand it is a gratuity based tour.

2.00We paid for the tour via Trip Advisor and when we arrived the guide basically said “this is a free tour and gratuity based”. We planned to tip at the end but then he continued and said “at the end and if you think I did a good job, $30 per person tip is appreciated”. This is not what we expected and thought it was a very forward ask. We dropped out of the tour, so Trip Advisor got our $20 and we got nothing.

5.00We had an amazing time during the walking tour. Our tour guide Jess gave us an overview of the history of Banff, and walked through the town at the perfect pace and pointed out interesting spots along with way. We got the lay of the land after the tour, and got some nice photos as well. Another benefit is we learned where all the washrooms are after the tour, which comes handy when we were exploring the town in the next few days . Overall we highly recommend this tour and would suggest adding it to your itinerary!
