Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. Make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you’ll be refused entry by the scenic areas.

5.00Our trip to Zhangjiajie was absolutely amazing, and our guide Ivy (Weifang) made the experience even more special. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining the history and significance of each attraction clearly and patiently. The scenery in Zhangjiajie was breathtaking. The Glass Bridge was thrilling and unforgettable, with incredible views all around. Tianmen Mountain was equally impressive—from the scenic cable car ride to Heaven’s Gate and the stunning mountain landscapes. Ivy managed the schedule perfectly, giving us enough time to enjoy each location, take photos, and relax without feeling rushed. Transportation, tickets, and overall arrangements were smooth and well organized. Thanks to Ivy (Weifang)’s excellent guidance and attentive service, our Zhangjiajie visit was stress-free and truly memorable. I highly recommend this tour and especially recommend Ivy as a guide!

Our guide was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, providing clear explanations and great assistance throughout the day. 5.00We had such a wonderful experience on our Zhangjiajie 2-day mini group tour with Mira as our guide. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Mira went out of her way to make adjustments to the pace and plans so that we could truly enjoy the tour as a family. We never felt rushed or stressed, and her thoughtfulness made a huge difference for us. Mira was extremely knowledgeable about the sights and shared interesting insights not only about Zhangjiajie but also about life and culture in China, which made the experience even more meaningful. 5.00Ivy was our tour guide in Zhangjiajie. We had 22 people, ranging from 9 to 81. Ivy was an amazing guide. She provided us with interesting cultural background and gave us great dinner recommendations. The kids enjoyed the stories she told. Ivy was also very patient with the group. She was always punctual, always had a smile on her face even when we were running slightly late…she kept us on time with a smile. We would definitely use Ivy again when we come back.

5.00The highlight of our tour in Zhangjiajie was the two days guided tour with our English-speaking guide Elizabeth. She was informative, attentive and service-minded. We were guided through Zhangjiajie National Forest and its sceneries on the 1st day. Then we went to Glass Bridge of Grand Canyon and to Tianmen Mountains on the 2nd day. Elizabeth made the tours comfortable and easy for our age group. The whole tour is expensive with the entrance fees and guiding included, but is worth the 16 hours we spent and the value we paid for.

5.00Our Tour Guide Liz was the Best She’s Professional, knowledgeable, funny and very helpful . she went above and beyond she showed us everything we need to see and experience. Both days was filled with excitement and thrills i definitely recommend to take this tour with them. A few of people we met along the way were lost & didn’t really know where to go and what to do, Good thing Liz with us and people end up asking her for help since no one can assist them. The Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen mountain are both beautiful and magnificent Highly recommend you book this Tour with them

Our trip to Tianmen Mountain, Yungjiajie Glass Bridge, 72 Wonders, and Zhangjiajie Rain Forest was absolutely breathtaking, and a huge part of that magic was thanks to our amazing tour guide. Liz was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, and you could truly feel how much she loves sharing the beauty and history of her country.
