What To Expect

First, we will present you the history of the estate and its philosophy. Then we will take you to visit our plot of Clos des Poutures, in Monopoly. This will allow you to understand permaculture and agroecology, especially through grasses. Finally, we will finish with a tasting of 6 wines, including 2 villages and 3 premier crus.

Great introduction to Beaune wine and Pommard especially. The terroir was well explained and how the winds are differentiated and labelled. Tasted 3 white and 3 red Pommard wines which were well explained and introduced.

This was perfect in so many ways. Educational, social and delicious! We started at an in village premiere cru plot of vines and learned about the classification, care and harvesting of these beautiful grapes. Then we tasted nearly a dozen wines - with careful commentary on each. And then, we bought some! Terrific fun!

We had a good tour of the vineyards. The wine tasting was good but the wine was expensive for the higher quality wines.
