5.00Brilliant service. Punctual, great communication and nothing too much trouble even when we requested an earlier return transfer due to the TSA queues. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers who showed us some of the local sites on our way into NYC. Shout out to Ambrose for making the transfer smooth and enjoyable. Price as agreed at time of booking . Would highly recommend and use again.

5.00We have used Prems twice now for JFK transfers and both times have been great, our first time was in ‘23 and our driver was Boxer then in Feb ‘26 with our driver being Ambrose. Both great trips with plenty of good conversation. Highly recommended.

5.00I had a fantastic experience with Prem’s Luxury Transportation. I sent an email on a Saturday—the day before I was arriving—requesting pickup at LaGuardia Airport. Prem responded first thing Sunday morning, and when he didn’t hear back from me right away, he thoughtfully followed up with a text to confirm whether I still needed a ride or had made other arrangements. I was extremely grateful that he took the time to respond and make sure I was taken care of—especially on a Sunday morning. That level of attentiveness and customer care truly stood out. Both Ambrose and Prem were prompt, professional, excellent communicators, and genuinely lovely to chat with during my rides. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and will absolutely book with them anytime I’m in New York!
