  By surprise i met lalan on the streets of karol bagh. I was very surprised to meet him. Met him few years ago but lost the number. I took a one day tour to jaipur, had to do somethings there. As likely he brougjt me safe to my adress and waited kindly till i was finished. Like a driver should be, very safe, neat and clean car. Always polite and respectfull to woman. Lalan is very trustfull, a man of less words but great in his work.

  Excellent service. Highly recommended. The driver (Akshay?) picked us up right on time. He was waiting us with cold soda and water, and a flowe necklace as a gift (so lovely). The 5-hour drive from Delhi to Jaipur was supre pleasant. Of course the traffic it’s a bit chaotic for foreigners, but we felt safe all the time. Nice conversations about culture but also giving us some time to rest after a long trip. Don’t hesitate and take this service for your next trip.

  My family and I had a wonderful trip of Agra and Jaipur. New Delhi Tourist Taxi made our journey very smooth, comfortable and enjoyable. We wanted a private taxi from Delhi to Jaipur via Agra. I got in touch with Mr. Lalan Tiwari based on reviews on TripAdvisor forums. Right from the first contact, Mr. Tiwari was super responsive and offered me a few options and suggestions for our trip. Our family of 4 from the US was joined by elderly parents in India which was a change in plan. Mr. Tiwari was kind enough to not charge additional fee for the late additions to the touring party. The end date of our journey got extended by a day and Mr. Tiwari offered to extend the taxi service for a nominal charge (we ended up not needing the taxi on the last day after all and that was OK with Mr. Tiwari and the driver too). On the first morning, Mr. Asif the driver arrived promptly on time. He then secured our large suitcases on the overhead bin. The luggage didn’t budge during the many miles of travel. His handling of the vehicle on the busy streets of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur as well as his driving on the interstates was exemplary. We felt very safe in the car. That was an important factor for some in the party who aren’t quite used to the traffic, roads or driving in India. Mr. Asif has excellent connections in the cities and even some smaller towns en route. On day 2 when we had to rearrange the suitcases that needed to be secured and needed a longer rope, he made a quick call to a local contact in Agra and voila it was done. Have a sweet tooth and need to sample some of the famous gajar halwa from Agra? No problem, Mr. Asif had someone deliver it in 10 minutes to the hotel. We made a last minute decision to stay overnight in Agra which wasn’t part of the plan but Mr. Asif was able to find a good hotel for our party. While Jaipur isn’t a town Mr. Asif drives to regularly(his main route is Delhi-Shimla-Manali), he knew the place well enough to be able to navigate and provide good suggestions on places to visit, shop and eat. All in all we had a great trip thanks in no small measure to New Delhi Tourist Taxi service. I have no hesitation in recommending them for travel needs in the northern part of India.

  Had an amazing experience of Jaipur and Agra. Mr Lalan is a very helpful person. The service was outstanding, professional and on time. We will definitely use his service again and recommend to others when visiting India. Thanks again for great service.
