Great Guide to Navigate the Ba Na Hills Experience

5.00I didn't really know what to expect when visiting the Golden Bridge and the French Village, but I was thankful that David was my guide for an enjoyable day in Ba Na Hills. Before the tour, Daved made sure to coordinate and confirm the tour with me. He and our driver picked me up as promised at my hotel in Da Nang, provided me with the history of the site we were visiting and Vietnam, answered any questions I had, and throughout the day was a pleasant tour guide. He did a great job taking pictures during the day, had an organized itinerary of events, and after a full day our driver was waiting for us and took us back to my hotel. The Golden Bridge and French Village are unique experiences with the beautiful scenery including the views provided when riding up in the cable car, seeing all the flowers in the gardens and the European inspired exhibits such as Notre Dame, and the Trevi Fountain. Also, there were many fun events for the kids, and adults with the rides and games, and many food and beverage options. David made what could been an overwhelming experience to navigate a fun and interesting tour, and if you want to visit Ba Na Hills, this is a tour and David and his company are ones I highly recommend.

5.00Great day from pick, to touring the park, to ending with airport drop off. David is so friendly and genuine, a joy to have guiding. Also, a fantastic photographer! The bridge and park is commercialized, but also an amazing place for kids 6-16.

5.00DON’T HESITATE TO BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE. Words enough can’t describe how well organized and amazing this experience was. 5 stars for organization and customer service. On the day of the meeting, David came to pick us up at our hotel and he is the best guide, photographer I’ve met so far. Knowledgeable, kind and friendly; he made sure everything was running smoothly and we were enjoying ourselves. Took great photos of us and introduced us to some scrumptious dishes. Honestly, this was one of the best tour I’ve ever had.

Not only is he super knowledgeable about all the history, attractions, and hidden spots, but he also makes everything feel effortless and enjoyable. One of the things that stood out the most is how much effort David puts into taking photos—he honestly takes the BEST pictures! He knew all the best angles and made sure our group photos looked amazing, which made the memories even more special. He didn’t just snap quick shots; he really cared about capturing the moment and making them look great. David is awesome, and I couldn’t recommend this experience more. What’s even better his photography skills are amazing so if you want a great day filled with exploration of the golden bridge and the French village I would highly recommend David and this tour!

5.00David was a brilliant tour guide and really cared about us enjoying the experience. David was welcoming and friendly from the start. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. David was really knowledgeable and was great to spend the day with, and he clearly cares a lot about his work. David took so many great photos throughout the day for us to enjoy the memories and we even enjoyed some time with him on the bumper cars! 100% would use David again if I am back in the area and will recommend him to anyone who visits.
