5.00Spent the morning/afternoon with Trang Nguyen exploring Ba Na Hills and it was an amazing experience. Trang was incredibly friendly, answered all of our questions and allowed us to explore on our own terms. We managed to see a lot of Ba Na Hills despite the fogginess and got some amazing pictures. We mentioned to Trang that we were visiting Hoi An the next day and she provided us with must-try foods and places to shop. She truly made our experience in Vietnam incredibly enjoyable. We are so lucky that we got to meet her and spend time with her in Da Nang!

5.00We got incredibly lucky with our tour guide, Ly — she was amazing and so knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. Pickup was right on time in a comfortable private vehicle that took us to Ba Na Hills and back. Without her, we definitely would’ve been lost! She also recommended the fast pass (about $10 extra and totally optional), but it ended up being SO worth it with how many tourists were there. Ly planned and timed everything perfectly so we could see all the major sights without feeling rushed, and she even customized the itinerary for us. For example, we wanted to skip the amusement park, and she adjusted the schedule with no problem. I highly, highly recommend this tour — and especially Ly. Thank you, Ly, for an unforgettable experience that will stay in our hearts forever.
