1.00I booked this service for 24th at 3:00 pm in Bunbury. On the same day, I arrived at the Dolphin Discovery Centre meeting point at 2:15 pm. The receptionist at the Dolphin Discovery Centre told me that the boat service had been cancelled two days earlier due to strong wind conditions. However, this information was not communicated to me by your company in time, and I did not receive any cancellation email or message. Because of this, we travelled all the way to Bunbury and lost time and fuel, which is a significant cost for our family. This situation caused inconvenience and disappointment. Please advise who will be responsible for covering these costs and how this matter will be resolved.
