Nice excursion though a couple of things cause me to give it 4 rather than 5 stars, some within the tour company’s control, some not. Unfortunately my tour occurred during the peak of the Western Australia fly breeding season and the flies were TRULY unbearable, especially at the Pinnacles. I could barely take in the setting as I felt under attack by the flies. While this isn’t the tour company’s fault of course, some warning would have been very helpful as we could have gotten nets or repellents. Seriously, the fly ambush significantly undermined the entire experience. The other less than ideal thing was that the bus was completely full - every seat occupied and the seats were fairly tight for adults. That was less than comfortable for such a long ride (more than 2 hours to get back to Perth from the Pinnacles). All that said, the tour guides and driver were great. The dinner was nice and the early evening “tea” before star gazing was a very nice touch. The actual star gazing was phenomenal, especially once some clouds passed. Truly a different galaxy from the northern hemisphere. I recommend this tour but pay attention to fly breeding season and go prepared!!

Fabulous tour, great guides, saw Koalas and kangaroos, the Pinnacles were just awe inspiring, vast structures over a huge area. Watched a wonderful sunset then had a great insight into the planets and stars from a very knowledgeable guide Jonathan. What an amazing tour.

Tour guides were great, knowledgeable and friendly. I would have liked to stick to the original plan to view the pinnacles and sunset first, then dinner, then star gazing. Instead we rushed dinner, then raced too view the sunset and then waited for it to get dark for star gazing. We barely made sunset, most people viewed sunset on the boardwalk, not the pinnacles, I ran to the other side of the pinnacles to catch the sunset. For stargazing, the guide was really knowledgeable, but seemed a bit nervous. I was hoping to be at the pinnacles for stargazing to try take a photo like the one in the ad, but we did it at the carpark instead. We stayed for only 10-20 mins after the skies were properly dark. The bus dropped us off at each of our hotel which was nice.

What a fantastic way to spend a day in WA. Great stop en route to see koalas and kangaroos with afternoon tea. The pinnacles themselves are another wonder of the world and crayfish at Cervantes is very special. Grant gave us an amazing tour of the night sky back at The Pinnacles then Steve continued his excellent driving to get us safely back to our Hotel.

Australian Pinnacle tour provided nice coach, n friendly staff for the trip. The driver Pat (?) drives very safely, so no worries. The guide Johnathan is very knowledgeable in history, astrology so fully capable to provide very interesting information. He is also putting great effort to answer our questions. It's one of our best tours ever experienced. Thanks to them.
