The trip to seal rock was amazing and staff were very friendly. I rated it 4 as we waited for 40 minutes for our pickup to arrive.

The time and day we went the tide was too low to get near the rocks with the seals, nor could we go around the other side. So visibility was poor. The tide is totally predictable so there is no excuse for running a cruise at tide too low to deliver the experience. It was disappointing.

Just amazing is how I would describe this little tour. Super organised crew, so helpful and knowledgeable. The seals were amazing to see in their natural habitat and the cake on our return was a highlight too! Thank you for making this an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

Lots of seals on the rocks. Captain moved boat in different directions so everyone could see. Commentary was hard to understand from where we were.

It was a good experience and I liked it. The wind was bit chilly but as Sun was there it made our journey amazing. The seals were cute and a great site to behold.

Amazing experience, best part of our family trip to Philip island. Highly recommended, operator has provided great service and they have many staff to support all the visitors on board and even offered free self service coffee and cheese cake. It was baby friendly for our one year old and we had an amazing experience watching seals very close in their natural habitat.

Very nice experience, well framed by the team. We take the time to circle the rocks to see the hundreds of seals. Nice and helpful staff. A little more: unlimited hot tea, cakes and cookies:)

Easy departure and arrival. Great crew and Captain. Nice commentary, very informative, even my 4yo understood it! A pleasant surprise for the kids when they could drive the yacht for a while - fun experience for them and us! Spent a good amount of time watching the seals frolic and sun bake. On the way back we got some cake for afternoon tea and the kids got an colouring mat to borrow. Overall 5⭐️ for this experience. A plus for the crew that had to deal with the overseas tourists patiently and assertively. I had to tell off a couple of the tourists because they came and stood in front of the kids looking at the seals through the window - so inconsiderate. A crew member saw this and suggested a better place to see the seals from the bottom deck.
