Physical Requirements: Not wheelchair accessible. Not suitable for pregnant women or travelers with back, heart, or serious medical conditions.
Age Limits: For safety, we cannot board passengers under 1 year or over 70 years old.
Infants: Must sit on laps (no high chairs available).
Cruise Ship Guests: This tour is not suitable for cruise passengers due to tight scheduling. We cannot be held liable for missed departures.
Maya Bay: Swimming is prohibited inside the bay for reef protection. Note: The bay usually closes for recovery from August to September.
Wildlife: Monkey sightings are likely but not guaranteed. Interactions are kept at a safe distance from the boat for your safety.
Boat Capacity: Tours typically operate with approximately 42 passengers.
Remote Zones: Free pickup for Pa Klok and Mai Khao is only included in the 'Signature - Royal Phuket Marina' option. For other options, a private transfer fee applies.
Steep Locations: If your hotel is on a high-slope mountain, you must meet the driver at the main road for pickup.
Deadlines: Please provide your hotel name/address by 8:00 PM the night before. Check your email or WhatsApp for your confirmed pickup time.
Essentials: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, beach towel, and a waterproof bag.
Attire: Wear your swimsuit under your clothes. The boat toilet is small and not ideal for changing.
Motion Sickness: Free seasick pills are available at the lounge. Please consult a doctor before use if you have health concerns.
Extras: Soft drinks and fruit are free, but beach chair rentals or alcohol at Khai Island are sold by local vendors and are not included.
Remote Pickup Fee: A private van surcharge applies to Mai Khao and Pa Klok for the AA/Boat Lagoon options.
Due to the potential for discomfort on our bumpy ride, we have age restrictions for passengers under 1 and over 70.
Travelers with heart problems, lung diseases, mobility issue, back, spinal problem or other serious medical conditions are not permitted.

Due to insurance limitations, accident insurance does not apply to serious medical conditions, pregnant travelers, or individuals under the age of 1 or over the age of 70.
To ensure guest safety and insurance eligibility, please confirm the following prior to the start of the tour: no passenger in your group should be aged 70 or over, under 1 year old, or pregnant. Additionally, please verify that no guests have medical conditions related to the back, heart, lungs, or mobility. Our driver will pick you up from your Phuket hotel at approximately 7:30 AM. We'll send a confirmation email with the exact pickup time at least 24 hours before your tour begins. Please note that Pa Klok is outside our service area. If you need private transportation, we offer the following options: * Car (3 passengers): ฿1,400 * Minibus (12 passengers): ฿1,600
Arrive at Marina and enjoy a warm welcome with coffee, tea, and a light Thai snack. While you relax, our experienced English-speaking local guide will introduce the day's activities and provide essential safety information. Get ready for an unforgettable day of fun and adventure on the water! 4.00The speed boat ride can be rough and the boat we used was too full. I was quite drenched from sea spray. My whole family suffered suspected food poisoning and spend the whole day holed up in the hotel missing out our paid full day at Water Park. Unfortunately this hasn’t been the best of start to our special holiday

3.00I booked the tour to take my sister around and show her more of Thailand. The tour itself was sufficient for the goal but it’s definitely a shallow experience. Tourists are treated as just money bags. There was a drunk/high guest on board who made my little sister uncomfortable as he was making comments about both of us. He should not be boarded if he was drunk.

5.00This was a great experience! We sat in the front of the speed boat and the water was pretty choppy but the captain kept it an enjoyable experience for us. We never once felt unsafe. They took us to many stops and explained a lot about the stops we made. Cin was a great tour guide! The pick up and drop off was very organized. My partner accidentally left her phone in the van on the ride home and the driver was kind enough to turn around and bring it back to us. Cannot recommend this tour enough.
