La Bûche - A 3-course tasting with a Québécois pea soup, pâté chinois, and maple taffy
On Sundays and Mondays, BEClub Bistro being closed, we visit Hortus
Comptoir Boréal - We stop in this local gem to taste a traditional Qc cream fudge and 1/2 croissant
Maison Livernois - Poutine! Adult + Alcohol tickets receive a Québécois gin pairing.
BEClub Bistro - Brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy. Adult tickets receive a local wine ( 2oz glass).

5.00We enjoyed the tour with out guide, Claude. We learned a lot about the food and history of the city! He left us with some wonderful recommendations and stories about the city and it's restaurants and we would absolutely recommend the trip to anyone who wants good food and company!

5.00Maud was a fantastic guide! Funny and so knowledgeable. All the restaurants were fantastic! Also the wine and gin were superb! Go on the tour! Plus the tour was close to my hotel and the German Christmas Market.

5.00We had an excellent experience on our food tour with Maude. She was so funny and made us all feel at home. All the food we tried was delicious and they accommodated all of our food restrictions (allergies and gluten free). We were a group with teenagers and they loved it as well. Would highly recommend. 5.00A way to sample the offerings and the variety of Old Quebec restaurants, with interesting historical facts along the way. Claude was an excellent guide, but the order of the courses was a bit mixed up due to when the rooms can accommodate a dozen people, and the requirement to make the walking route a loop. IF you do this tour November thru April, dress for low temperatures and gusty wind. RECOMMENDED!

5.00Marie was an AMAZING tour host! She was interesting, insightful and provided an excellent range of suggestions for after the tour. We highly recommend both the tour which had an amazing variety of local Quebecoise cuisine and alcohol options appropriately paired. We would strongly recommend starting your time in Old Quebec with this tour as you can return to the places you enjoyed the most. As a local, Marie provided insights and explanations that only someone who has lived in the area can give- she was excellent!
