5.00Isabelle gave such a wonderful tour. Because it is now off season/ January it ended up being a solo tour. Definitely unexpected. We went to a number of places and tried a variety of local foods despite the fact that the regular places for this tour were closed at this time of year. Plenty of food - I even ended up taking some home. I would not have found or tried this variety had it not been for Isabelle. Highly recommended.

5.00Our Secret Food Tour in Nice, France was a true culinary adventure! Heloise, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the tour both fun and informative. Her passion for local cuisine really shone through and added a personal touch to the experience. We discovered the delicious role of Swiss chard in classic Niçoise cooking and sampled many, many appetizers along the way. Each bite showcased the unique flavors of the region and left us eager to try more. A visit to a local confectionary shop added a sweet highlight to the tour, with treats that were as beautiful as they were delicious. The walking portion of the tour took us through the charming old town of Nice, where we explored hidden streets and local gems, as well as a bustling farmer's market filled with fresh, colorful produce. 5.00Unsure of our route, we arrived at Garibaldi Square early to meet out tour guide for the Nice Old Town Food Tour. We met our beautiful tour guide, Heloise, with a pan bagnat in hand, ready to show us the way. We were the only ones on the tour so we got to know Heloise well as she explained the food of the area as well as a bit of history of the region. She was charming and very knowledgeable while very personable. She took an interest in our preferences and brought a bit of sunshine to an otherwise very rainy, dreary day. Being the only people on the tour, she took us to a local store of particular interest to us. Heloise gave an overall great food tour of Old Town Nice and did it with charm and warmth. We greatly enjoyed spending time with her and particularly enjoyed her recommendations for spending the rest of the day in Nice. Merci beaucoup, Heloise!
