Terrible disappointment for a trip booked months ago!

1.00Tour guide never showed up so we had a wasted ticket on train from Basel for the day! Money taken on 28/11/25 got tour today 30/11/25 and ticket issued for our group of 4 adults. Tried to contact after waiting 30 minutes for guide, but number supplied was an answer machine and none of our messages through Trip Advisor were or have been replied to. Our advice, do not book this tour! Ideally the company should pay for our train fares also, but we made a very nice day in Bern for ourselves with the help of some friendly locals.

1.00The tour guide never showed up. Waited 20min in the rain. Spoke to the guys that work at the bear park and they were surprised there was a tour advertised that operates on Sunday.
