[24 Jan ~ 8 Feb 2026] Due to major religious event at Batu Caves, there will be huge crowds at Batu Caves from 24 Jan ~ 8 Feb 2026; all tourist vehicles will be required to stop 500m away from Batu Caves, and tourists are expected to walk and take photos from the flyover outside the temple gates during this period

What To Expect
Singapore
Begin with an early morning pickup at your Singapore hotel. Our trained driver will meet you at the hotel driveway to check your documents before escorting you through immigration via the Malaysia drive-through border (no standing-in-line). After clearing immigration, your English-speaking guide will settle you into the comfortable seats of your private, air-conditioned minivan to enjoy the 4-hour chauffeured drive to Malaysia's capital - Kuala Lumpur.
Along the way to Kuala Lumpur, your driver will make 2 stopovers. The 1st stopover will be at a Starbucks/Costa Coffee near Malacca, where western-style toilets are available (toilet paper available upon request). The 2nd stopover will be at a 5-star Marriott/Hilton Hotel, where guests can enjoy a premium western breakfast (or traditional Malay food upon request). 5.00This is a great experience! Aimen was the best guide and Vicki was the best driver. We walked out from our hotel lobby at 5am and Vicki was waiting for us! She is a wonderful driver who navigated us to the boarder where we picked up Aimen. From there we drove to all of our highlights. It was a comfortable ride! We brought our neck pillow and reclined our seats to take a nap! At each spot Aimen would show us what our destination would be and walked us all around. He is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and helped with taking great photos of us to remember each place. The entire day is seamless. We drive up to our destination, get out and walk around, learn a bit of the history and get some pictures. Vicki waits for us and then pulls right up and we hop back in. It’s like VIP service, especially in the heat! If you are thinking about adding another country to your list, book this experience! You will love it! It was worth it. It is a full day from 5am until about 10:30-11:00pm depending on traffic. Aimen and Vicki do a wonderful job with keeping you on track. We felt safe the entire time. The views are amazing. 10/10 experience.

5.00A lovely day, very well spent. We were picked up right on time, and the car was clean and comfortable. The driver was excellent, and both he and the tour guide took great care of us throughout the day. Our tour guide Shawn (I hope I am writing it correctly) was very sweet and knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We managed to do and see so much in a short amount of time without ever feeling rushed.

5.00Our guide, Aiman , was fantastic! His deep knowledge of history Malaysia combined with his warm personality made the tour memorable. He was super organized, handling my itinerary perfectly, and even helped arrange border paperwork’s . I especially appreciated how he gave me a birthday cake as surprised at the end . Highly recommend!!!! Kris the driver was very punctual and organized! He showed up early time to be sure the journey will be on time ! Highly recommended as well

5.00We had a fantastic day with Aiman (tour guide) and Vicky (the driver). Aiman was extremely knowledgable, fun and informative. He showed us the key sights in Kuala Lumpur and made a few tweaks for us so we could get the most out of our time in KL. Vicky was a safe driver and very knowledgable on the roads to, in and from KL. I’d highly recommend this tour.

5.00An extremely long but enjoyable day. Iman was very knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our driver was great. He got us everywhere fast and safely. Instead of an early dinner, as advertised, they took us to lunch. Food was fabulous but it made a long afternoon and evening without food. We didn’t want to stop again as it was a long haul back to Singapore. Began at 5am and ended at 10:45pm It was still worth it.
