  One thing that should be noted as this is a self-guided tour of the ice hotel. It is an amazing experience to see the hotel and all of the rooms but we felt it would have been amazing to have a guide give a history and explanation of the process to build the hotel and the experience to spend a night there. Would have made the experience a whole lot better. There were not a lot of food options at the location. Would recommend packing snacks for the tour.

  I loved getting to see all the ice sculptures and carvings on the walls! I definitely would recommend going to see it. There is also many things to do at the resort such as tubing and a Nordic spa.

  The Hôtel de Glace was amazing! The architecture and sculptures were so impressive. We had an hour and a half to wander around the hotel. We were able to view many of the sleeping rooms and had a taste of maple whiskey at the Ice Bar in a hand-carved ice glass. Although the driver did not provide a tour, the bus ride was 45 minutes each way which gave us time to see some other sights and make notes of things we’d like to see later.

  Ice hotel is a work of art and transport to and from Quebec is very well organised. The ice hotel is attached to a ski resort/ family vacation tourist zone so there are a lot of people visiting. Still pretty but not completely isolated. Easy day trip from Quebec City with multiple return options from the tour company. Worth visiting.

  An excellent tour. Self guided which we enjoyed having the time to explore at our leisure as well as the convenience of transportation, which is very comfortable, direct and safe. Bundle up!

  Everything was on time and very flexible, profesional.We late for morning ride so they take us on next sesion it was so nice. At hotel necessary have warm clothes❄😊

  We were staying in Quebec City and took a tour of the Ice Hotel. It was quite something to see. The rooms are all carved differently. It's the only one in N America. It was well worth the trip, really amazing. Go early though, we went to the 10am tour and when we were done it was really filing up. Don't go to the area and not tour this place.

  Wonderful place. Pictures can’t accurately describe it. Transportation to and from was comfortable and on time.
