• Spectacular whale watch on the way to Molikini

  We have snorkeld at Molokini many times before. This was one of the most comfortable boats because they did not stuff it and there was plenty of space for ourselves and our gear. Everyone ha lots of room. On the way out it turned into a whale watch as a huge humpback swam under the boat multiple times and surfaced beside us. The captain had to shut off the engines until it left. Everyone got great pictures of this unlikely event. The crew were very helpful and provided great service throughout. The food was good. The weather was not great and conditions at Molikini were rough so after a short time there, we packed up and went to the much calmer Coral Gardens for some very nice snorkeling. We used our own gear but the gear provided by the boat seemed very serviceable. They posted a crew member on a paddle board as a lifeguard. I had not seen that before. I have a collapsed left ankle and wear a brace but I did not bring it today and that was a mistake. It is a very long walk from the parking lot to the end of the oceanfront pier.   Great trip! Morning snorkeling and whale watching. Ship was very clean, crew was very attentive and friendly, food was tasty, snorkeling was great AND, had a juvenile male whale play with the ship! Passed under the vessel several times when we stopped.

  Took the morning snorkel tour which included whale watching and also breakfast and lunch. The boat, staff, and equipment were all excellent. The food and drinks were delicious too!

  Just got back from the most amazing morning with Four Winds Maui. I did the 5hr Molikini snorkeling trip and can’t say enough good about the whole trip. The crew were phenomenal Capt Jenna was wonderful keeping us informed about our trip, putting safety first and spotting so many whales!🐋 Elenie really made the trip for me teaching snuba and taking me underwater for the first time. 🤿 we saw a lot of different fish and coral. 🐠🐟🪸 Jessie, Noemi, Richard, and Pete rounded out the great times with delicious food, fun slide and diving off the boat, providing and fitting gear for snokeling. 🌭🌮🥗🍺🍷 Loved having a wetsuit top for this Florida girl not used to water <80°. 💦 5 hours went by so fast.   Our family had a great morning snorkel trip on the Four Winds. We had an added surprise of seeing many whales on our way to Molokini Pete and the crew were welcoming and attentive. The food was really good as well. I’d recommend this tour!

  We saw everything that was promised and the crew were amazing! The location is very special and we saw a rare Hawiian Hawk. The of my family members did the Fuba and loved it!!!

  We really enjoyed this outing. Check in was easy and the entire day went off without a hitch. The crew was very professional, the boat and equipment was in good repair and comfortable, and the food was good (even if boat buffets kind of gross me out a bit.) we also saw many whales. Very cool and the staff shared some great information to educate us. A couple of tips: complete the waiver before you go. Check in will be much quicker. Stake out some seats above quickly. These fill up. We rented an underwater camera for $35 and it was worth it.

  Perfect boat for a family. The glass bottom is awesome for little ones that are not ready for the water. The crater was perfect and we got to see whales on the way back. Crew was very helpful and friendly.

  My wife and I took this trip, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The snorkeling was great, but we were most impressed by the quality of the crew, and their patience, friendliness, and professionalism. The food and drink options were generous. The boat was clean and well designed for seating in multiple places and the activities of the trip.

  If you’ve never snorkeled before, you’ll enjoy this outing. The water is amazingly clear and the geologic feature that is Molokini is interesting but the amount of fish were sparse and the variety was limited. I always enjoy snorkeling, so it was a fun trip, made extra so by the crew, plus it’s fun being out on the water for a few hours and seeing Maui from the water. Back on land I heard from others that jumping into the waters off one of the points in South Maui would be a better fish experience. We didn’t do that but something to consider if fish is the main reason for the trip.
