Go on an ice fishing expedition on a frozen lake outside North Pole. This is the ideal Fairbanks Alaska ice fishing experience as you will fish inside a heated cabin with electric! You will be warm and cozy as you fish through holes in the floor that go down to the ice. Sip hot cocoa as fish tug on your line. Experience this Alaskan tradition guided by a professional. Afterwards we will grill the fresh fish you catch!

What To Expect

Upon arrival at the frozen lake; your guide will bring you to the deluxe ice fishing cabin. Once at the deluxe cabin your guide will drill holes in the ice, bait all your hooks, and demonstrate fishing techniques. The deluxe cabin has removable covers in the floor that you will fish through. You will be warm and comfortable while you fish. Each person will have their own fishing spot. Be sure to bring your camera, spare camera batteries and charger. You will fish for King Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Arctic Char, Rainbow Grayling. Sip steaming hot cocoa as you bring up fish from the clear water underworld. Don't worry about getting hungry; your fish are grilled fresh, and Reindeer Sausage on buns are included.

Such a great experience! The cabin was cozy and we had so much fun. Noah was an excellent host, had everything ready for us and we caught a bunch of fish. The minute our hook was empty, he was there to bait it. Enjoyed reindeer hotdogs and he cooked up the fish we caught (both were delicious). It was a highlight of our trip!

Great time ice fishing. Riley, our guide was very helpful and was a great cook. We were served reindeer sausage and our very own rainbow trout that we caught. My first time catching a fish and I caught 5. My husband caught at least 12. First five minutes he had one on the line. Highly recommend. Christian, our driver was also very personable and pointed out points for interest along the drive. The cabin was very warm. No need for snow gear for this outing.

Had a great time! I was looking for ideas to take my husband on a date and he definitely enjoyed the experience. We caught some nice size fish and learned a lot! Would definitely recommend, we stayed warm and had fun.

Jay was great!! He was very careful to make sure everyone had a good time and was interesting to talk with. Everyone caught several fish with some catching 15 or more. Most are released with only 4-5 kept and Jay cooked those towards the end of the trip and there were excellent. The shed is comfy with a wood heater and hot chocolate and coffee. Everyone had a great time and would certainly recommend this trip to others.

I had a great time ice fishing and it was way more fun than I expected. The weather was perfect the setup was comfortable and the whole experience was relaxing and exciting at the same time. Our guide Noah was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed while keeping things fun and easy. We caught fish stayed warm and just enjoyed being out on the ice. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun winter activity

What an amazing experience this was! We had an absolute blast! Our expert, Noah, was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and helpful with everything. He somehow noticed immediately any time someone reeled up an empty hook and would put a new bait on it so we can get right back to fishing. He made sure everyone had a great time and in general, the vibe between 3 very different groups was so easy-going and fun. We all joked around, laughed, caught some fish and then Noah cooked the fish (delicious, by the way) and that was it. I HIGHLY recommend everyone try this experience when coming to Fairbanks in the winter. Thank you, Noah, for making this so much fun for us.

A wonderful experience for the ice fishing! I caught five fishes in four hours. The staff helped me during the whole trip and made us a delicious grilled fish!
