5.00Highly recommend this excursion. We walked off the ship and got right into the Robert’s touring bus. Bjorn was the best tour guide I have ever had and I travel frequently. The road to Hana is worth it. Beautiful sights and Bjorn talks the whole time giving history lessons and nature lessons. He was great!

5.00Great day, Bjorn was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Hana Tour- he took you along on the journey. The only negative was the seats on the bus weren't too comfy for such a long day.

5.00Bjorn was wonderful! He really is good at keeping our attention and making a long day very pleasant. Bjorn knows the history of the Road to Hana. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see Hana. It was nice having Bjorn drive us versus driving ourselves. By driving yourself you would miss a lot of the history of the area, places to stop at, and the trees and flora of the area. The stops picked by Bjorn made this trip a wonderful experience. The meal at the halway point really was delicious!

1.00We had booked a shore excursion called Heavenly Hana Adventure with Roberts Hawaii. We were to be picked up and returned to the port. The date of the excursion was to be February 22nd, 2024. All of the reviews I read were so positive that I did not hesitate to book. I received a confirmation email on February 21st, reminding me/us of the upcoming tour. Upon disembarking we headed to the pier side as instructed. We were to be there at least 10 minutes prior to the tour departure time, which was 8:30 AM. We were there at 8 AM. The representative was no where to be found. We asked other tour operators and no one said that they had seen a Roberts Hawaii bus. We walked out to the street. Again, no one was there. We ran back to the pier in case someone came in while we were headed to the street. We waited, I sent emails. I called the phone number on the email. No one answered the emails nor the phone calls. Until finally about one hour after our scheduled departure someone answered the phone. We were told that our tour had been cancelled. I was shocked. I explained that it could not be possible as we had received an email the night before. I was informed that the operator, Roberts Hawaii, had an issue securing a third party to run the tour. So, they canceled the tour. No one bothered to contact us. I had another tour booked with them at another island. I canceled it. Yes, we were refunded for both excursions. But I definitely left a very bad taste in my mouth. We then had to scramble to find another excursion. I would never recommend nor use Roberts Hawaii for a shore excursion.

5.00Unfortunately we can't do the excursion where we really looking forward to, because our cruiseschip doesn't go a shore that day. Thank you very much Kei Hawaii Roberts for not charging us for that day, we appreciate that very much. Viator payed us back, it took some emails but oke, they did!
