Enjoy a guided tour of Dunedin city, take in the highlights and enjoy a café lunch in a lovely garden setting. This 5 hour tour explores the city before heading out onto the stunning Otago peninsula. A visit to Larnach Castle , New Zealand's only castle is a must see. There is a café here which has tea coffee and a variety of food on offer. Then spend the rest of the visit enjoying the very extensive gardens. (Admission to the gardens is included. The tour inside castle can be booked and paid on the day). During the tour you will view some outstanding scenery that we have on offer here in paradise (AKA Dunedin). There are fantastic photo opportunities during the tour.

5.00Our trip to Dunedin was enhanced by this fabulous city highlights tour. Our guide, Russ, is a Dunedin local who was generous with his knowledge of this beautiful city and had so many insights to share. Russ started the tour by thoughtfully asking what we had already seen and tailored the day so we spent the time seeing and hearing about things that were new. There was a great mix of scenic drives and commentary, stops to stretch the legs and take photos, and a longer stop to see beautiful Lanarch Castle, the gardens, have a bite to eat and take in the magnificent harbour views. A huge thanks to Russ for being such a considerate guide and making our trip to Dunedin so memorable. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants the benefit of local knowledge and insights from a guide like Russ, whose friendly company for the day was a real bonus.

5.00Pick up and tour went as scheduled, Russ picked us up, told us what to expect, and gave us insights and stories about Dunebin as we saw the area. The stops were long enough to appreciate and get good photos but there was no waiting around. It was a fun day.

5.00We had a fantastic time with James as our tour guide on the day trip to see Dunedin, Lanarch Castle and the Otaga Peninsula. James was very knowledgeable and really made the tour a personal experience. As it was a small group tour, we were all introduced to each other, which made the experience memorable. The sights were beautiful and we would highly recommend James and Horizon Tours.

5.00This was a fantastic tour. Rus was a wonderful guide. He knew so much about Port Charlmers and Dunedin. We had someone in our party who was a wheelchair user and he made sure she was positioned so she could see shorter stops without having to leave the car.
