Fabulous experience , Chris our guide was brilliant. Not overbearing. Info was perfect as also instructions. He made it special also by leaving us to enjoy ourselves. He knew I had a heart problem and gave best advice and checked in on me. Brilliant can’t rate it enough. Tracy

Definitely worth the hype ! With a tour guide you won’t have to worry about anything and get a bunch of insights about this wonderful mountain land. We had tour guide David and we couldn’t be more grateful for him. Thank you David, you exceeded our expectations by miles.

An incredible day in a beautiful city. The visit to the mountain and the sea du glace are unforgettable. The agency's support is excellent. We recommend too much. Highlight for the sympathy of our guide Antoiné (hopefully I got his name right).

It's a place where I should go. It's extremely beautiful, good food, it's not expensive, and we despite being Latinos don't attend supremely, sometimes you're afraid that there's some discrimination, but it wasn't like that, hard wonders, straddling the mountains, the friendliness of the people of chamonix is genuine, take care of your tourists and make them feel at home.

Very good, we lacked time to explore the other mountain, I would like to be offered a refreshment, because it did not give time to eat

Excellent to organised and Chris our tour guide was superb. Word of caution though: You are meant to bring your PASSPORT with you, but this is not mentioned on the Trip Advisor pages. Thankfully we didn’t need it on our occasion.

I loved visiting Chamonix. I really enjoyed going up the mountains by train and cable cars and I loved dining with a panoramic view of the mountains! For most of the day I was guiding myself, we only ever met up with our guide here and there but still, nevertheless it was a very enjoyable experience! Can thoroughly recommend visiting the charming ski resort town of Chamonix! ☺️

Environment was amazing! There were a number of opportunities for improvement. The bus ride there was cold on the lower level. All the windows were fogged over so you could not see. The outside windows of the bus had not been cleaned. The cafeteria on the mountain had abysmal service. There is a huge opportunity there. Someone should go to the Zermatt/Matterhorn cafe and see how it should be done. Someone of the people were very cold and a warning may have helped them dress better. Clearly world class but relied too much on the mountain and not enough on the service.
