paid $95 pp to get onto the tour bus and the zoo and that’s it. wasn’t informed there i’ll be an extra $99 pp scam to get back onto the bus after the scenic tours. the blue mountain scenic tours ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL PAYMENT. i’m very disappointed, i paid $400 for 2 people. VERY misleading with information and overall disappointing.

Outstanding! Educational, well-organized, superb tour guide and driver (Bruce), enjoyable scenery/views. Bruce, from Oz Trails really made the positive difference in making this tour such a success. Knowledgable, entertaining, helpful, detail oriented, Bruce has a great interaction with the guests, Bruce reflects very favorably upon himself and Oz Trails.

Went on the Blue Mountains tour yesterday, and it was the best money spent! Our driver Les was the BEST! Very informative, very helpful. He was a fantastic driver, probably the best I've seen driving and acting as tour guide. Got us everywhere either on time or early. It was great being at the Sydney Zoo 1/2 hour before opening, and pretty much had it to ourselves. We'll definitely look for other Oz Trails excursions. The size was just great and I feel the smaller group made it even better. It was a full and fun day!

TLDR: I would not recommend this tour if you value your time. The tour description is inaccurate and our tour guide, Les, prevented us from enjoying the Blue Mountains to the fullest. The only positive was entrance to the Sydney Zoo an hour prior to general admissions. You are very much capable of getting to the Blue Mountains on your own and riding the “hop on/off” buses for a far better experience rather than taking this tour. Following the zoo, Les failed us at the Scenic World as he did not inform us our wristband tickets had unlimited cable car rides. Instead, we followed him and spent the majority of our time down at the valley boardwalk where he shared personal anecdotes that did not add value to our experience and frankly, wasted our time when we could have gone on the various cable and tram cars multiple times. Had we had the option to follow him and listen to his talks or go off on our own, our experience would’ve been drastically different. This tour also states we would be taking a river cruise back to Sydney Harbour but it turned out to be the ferry run by Sydney’s public transit authority. Had we known it was the ferry, we would not have booked this tour and would’ve found our way to the Blue Mountains and back on our own. Additionally, Les failed to keep us on track and we missed our evening plans and reservations. During the tour, Les would say that we’re stopping for “15 minutes” which turned into 30/45 minutes. We were told our tour would conclude at Circular Quay at 5:15 pm but we did not get to the Sydney Olympic Park Harbour until 5:45 pm. The “river cruise” is an additional hour until we get back to Circular Quay, meaning our experience concluded at 6:45 pm. Being at Sydney Olympic Park, there is no other way to get back to Sydney without paying an arm and a leg for an uber. Finally, Les made comments and jokes that were offensive. This experience did not live up to my standards nor the price. I encourage you to explore other options from other tours or be your own tour guide.

Our tour guide Bruce was excellent. very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled through. He was also very helpful with getting our walkers on and off the bus, which was a big help. The attraction facilities were 10/10 also very accessible for the disabled.

Came with our friends from England who we hadn't seen for 20 years. Tour guide Bruce was outstanding. He ensured we saw and did everything, even with challenging weather.

Les(OZtrail) was great and gave detailed info of different places, history and some biology lessons. It was fun but weather was a spoil sport as we couldnt see much of blue mountain. Cascade was great. Plan your trip when it doesnt rain to avoid dissappointment.
