5.00It was a great experience. It's already started well. We arrived at the meeting point at the stadium and went to the box office. Here we were greeted by a very friendly staff member and we were told the process. Afterwards we got to the other waiting people. Shortly afterwards the tour started. The employee was there with passion and imparted a lot of inside knowledge. He was very interested and always involved the group. As a baseball fan it was a unique experience that I can only recommend to everyone. Very extensive tour with an intensive look behind the scenes

4.00Excellent tour and guide was knowledgable. However, he did not like adults asking questions and would abruptly say “I am getting to that” when someone asked a question. He would be even more effective if he was more welcoming of all questions and more patient.
