Bay Mau Coconut Forest

A trip to the water coconut groves and back during the day is pretty special too. Cam Thanh village is about 4ha, during the Vietnam war tthis was the shelter for local people and soldiers and nowadays this place is famous for providing the most seafood procduts for this area. Joining basket boat tour you will have achance to learn some traditional fishing techniques and how to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the now tranquil Coconut palm flanked waterways of a past war.     Thuy was an incredible teacher. She was so lovely and accomodating. She made sure that our experience was great. The food tasted so good we highly recommend it to everyone looking to do a cooking class.

    Thuy was amazing, the food was really good and we also had a boat ride after which was really fun. Don't eat before you go because you get a lot of food, we ended up taking some home!

    Thuy was the most amazing guide in the world! We had a once in a lifetime experience with her and her friends. We started out on the basket boat ride and had the most incredible opportunity. Our guides took us around the river and laughed with us. We got spun around in a safe manner on the boats and even got up on a singing/dancing platform and performed songs - this was the best experience ever!! We then returned back to the cooking class and she showed us how to cook 4 separate dishes in high detail. She explained everything clearly!! We had the best time and I highly recommend this experience!!! ❤️❤️

    100/10 experience - the coconut boat ride was fantastic and relaxing, and the cooking class was so interactive, fun and the food tasted so good! I have a severe allergy to nuts and Thui, our teacher, was FANTASTIC in catering for me. I would 100% recommend for anyone visiting Hoi An.

    Such a fun experience, yummy food and a great teacher too. Plenty of food and good quality ingredients. Really good price for what you get and doesn’t feel rushed. Lasts for about 2-2.5 hours!
