Yoho National Park
Winter in Yoho National Park is like stepping into a fairy tale, where snow-draped mountains, frozen waterfalls, and serene alpine landscapes create a magical wonderland.
Emerald Lake
One of the most admired destinations in Yoho National Park is Emerald Lake. This gorgeous emerald coloured lake is a result of the light refracting the deposit of rock flour in the lake. Emerald Lake is surrounded by the President Range that forms a natural amphitheater with towering forested banks. If you look carefully, you might be able to spot some really cool wildlife such as marmots, bald eagle, bears, loons, and the occasional moose!

Yoho in winter really felt like a fairytale. Emerald Lake was insanely pretty with the snow and quiet surroundings. Lake Louise was busy but still worth it, especially with the ice sculptures. Long day but very memorable.

Wasn't sure what to expect doing this in winter, but it turned out amazing. Emerald lake looked unreal, and marble canyon was actually one of my favorite parts. Felt like we saw a lot without being rushed.

Unforgettable tour with our super caring guide Lisa (荣娟女士). Her relaxing and proper arrangement really make our day. We can tell that Lisa must be lived in Calgary for so many years from her detailed and knowledgeable introductions. Rocky Mountain is so gorgeous that we can’t wait to come back again. Overall definitely worth a try

We had a very nice Tour guide but this was our least favorite tour we did. He was not very knowledgeable and did not really show us around. Would not recommend this tour.

The day trip to Lake Louise and other nearby lakes was very well managed. Driver was courteous and professional. He started the tour on time and completed little bit early.

The locations visited were all excellent with plenty of time to visit each one. Marble Canyon was a little challenging for someone with mobility challenges. The reason I have given only three starts for this excursion is because my husband and I were the only non Chinese speakers on the trip. The Chinese tour guide spoke English but was very difficult to understand and this spoiled the experience. What was most troubling was the driving. The driver/tour guide drove at 110KMH when the maximum speed limit was 90 KMH. There were occasions when he had no hands on the steering wheel because he used the headset microphone in his hand while pointing with the other. On the first stop I told him I was unhappy with the speed of his driving and that I felt unsafe when he had no hands on the steering wheel, he seemed surprised, but did slow down when the journey recommenced. He also kept checking his mobile phone while driving. Although I enjoyed the locations the journey was unpleasant.

I loved this tour! Especially appreciated the 3 hours at lake Louise! Honestly that's a magnificent place, so unique! I would definitely love to stay here for all day.. but still) I managed to do both ice skating (you need to try!!) And horse sleight! A little annoying-the big group and spending so much time stopping at different hotels(
