Any single passenger exceeding 240lbs, two passengers combined weight of 420lbs or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 200lbs or more must purchase an additional seat. This is for safety and comfort of all passengers on board.

We ask that all passengers wear dark clothing to help have less reflection in the windows when flying and therefore you can get better photos during your tour.

The helicopter is a shared cabin holding up to 6 passengers on board.
Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter.
All passenger weights MUST be provided at time of booking. Under representation of body weights may result in cancellation at check in with no refund.

View the steep ridges and cliffs with incredible blue ocean below. Rainforest, streams and waterfalls that come cascading off of the steep cliffs. Considered a sacred place defined by its natural beauty.

5.00Amazing experience with the family. The service was great, the pilot was great, and the views were awesome. We got see parts of the Na Pali coast that you can't see any other way. They played music and the pilot was very instructional throughout the flight.

3.00Our helicopter flight itself was incredible — the views were stunning, and our pilot, Salis, was amazing. He was friendly, communicative, and made us feel completely safe throughout the trip. If I could book a private flight with him directly, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, the company was very difficult to deal with. We originally booked a flight for three people and quickly received a confirmation email. The day before our flight, we got a call saying we either needed to find a fourth passenger or pay for the empty seat — something that should have been clearly communicated before confirming the booking. We were offered to reschedule for later in the week to join a smaller group, but even then, on the day of the flight, the company called to change our flight time with only a couple of hours’ notice. There was no apology or empathy for the repeated disruptions to our vacation plans. After the flight, they tried to sell us a printed photo taken on an iPhone — despite the fact that we had just paid nearly $1,000 for the experience. When we asked the next day for a digital copy, we were told the photos are discarded at the end of each day. Bottom line: The flight and pilot were five stars, but the company’s poor communication, lack of transparency, and nickel-and-diming made the experience far more stressful than it should have been.

5.00My wife I booked this tour and have no regrets ! From the young ladies working the counter and Brian who greeted us with a smile and jokes putting us at ease . The pilot was also put every one on board at ease with his calm demeanor and greeting each passenger by name was a big plus for me . Hoping to come back with the grandchildren.

5.00Kathy from Air Kuaui was amazing trying to navigate the back and forth with Viator. The connection with Viator was complicated as they operate with too many hands. We found ourselves repeating our story to at least 3-4 different representatives. We resented having to spend so much time on our vacation working with too many Viator representatives to resolve our issues.
Steve was an incredible pilot and guide!!

5.00Best helicopter tour we’ve taken!! Consider yourself lucky if you can get on a helicopter with Steve. He is the most experienced pilot and has this tour perfected to a tee! It was so special, the tour felt much longer than 45 minutes, we saw EVERYTHING and then some few hidden secrets too. We are so thankful we had Steve as our pilot. We did a lot of research on reputable companies snd really feel like we found the best one.
