We had a vey enjoyable tour. Weather was perfect for sailing. Smooth, and informative, nice seats. When booking the tour the day prior, we’re told food is prepared on the boat…this is also stated on signs!! My husband doesn’t eat several of the things they plan to serve, but we are told that will not be a problem , they will certainly make something to his liking…just ask when you board. THAT WAS NOT TRUE.we were told “absolutely not” This was quite annoying….luckily the could exchange the salmon and the cheese with some ham….but we do not appreciate lies!

A wonderful experience showing the wilderness, rugged landscape and peacefulness of the area. Hells gate was amazing and the Gordon river so peaceful. Sarah island and the landing were added bonus. Captain Andy and guides and crew just fabulous

An awesome afternoon/evening with our family-18 and 14 year old. Beautiful clean boat with fantastic crew. Booked main middle deck and could view the Gordon River and Macquarie Harbour views from our allocated seating or move around and visit the back and front decks. Informative and entertaining commentary onboard and for the two stop offs of Sarah Island and the Huon Pine Forrest. Great bento dinner or local produce where they accommodated my daughter’s nut allergy. Added bonus of the trip was travelling through Hells Gate out into the open ocean due to the time of year-as it is not always possible. Wonderful way to end our self-drive tour of Tassie! Fingers crossed we will be back.

What an amazing dinner cruise we had. From the very start the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were knowledgeable on the walk for the local trees. The story telling by David on Sarah island was excellent and passionate. Just such a great experience not to be missed.

A unique tour on the water at the west TAS. Informative and interesting. However, it would be even better if there is option of a hot meal.

Thanks to a coincidence, we were able to enjoy the afternoon tour in absolutely fantastic weather and with only 120 people on board. The ship, which dates back to 2021, is in absolutely immaculate condition. The crew, especially the captain, makes an extraordinary effort to please all of the guests on board; even standing on the bridge is no problem at all on this tour. The tours are very informative and breathtakingly presented. The food is absolutely delicious and served beautifully. All in all, a completely child-friendly tour. The children themselves have their own playground on board. For us, one of the greatest experiences here in Tasmania.

The boat is very comfortable, the crew are super friendly and the wilderness is spectacular and special. The food was a missed opportunity to partner with and promote Tassie producers and provide something memorable ( in a good way)

This trip was outstanding. The crew were fantastic, helpful, smiling, engaging and nothing was a problem. The dinner meal tasty and plentiful. Good drink selection at reasonable prices. The river is spectacular and the venture through hello gate a must do. Sarah Island tour very worthwhile and to learn about life prior to Port Arthur was interesting. Overall good value for money and I can't fault anything. Great job World Heritage.

Heari g about the history of the Gordon River and how the damming of it was ceased was interesting. My wife and I also enjoyed visiting Sarah Island to see and hear about the history associated with the Penal Station. The visit the dry rain forest was also interesting. Going past Macquarie Heads was also exciting when the cruise ship started to bop up and down.
