5.00We did the 10 Tastes of Hong Kong tour with Emcee today and we cannot thank her enough for making our experience of Hong Kong so wonderful. She was passionate about everything she shared, highly knowledgeable and personable, and just a really lovely person to have showing us around some of the great food places she clearly loves so much. When we think of our time in Hong Kong we will think of her! Little note for withlocals though - we take a lot of tours with this tour operator and with little (notable) exception, we’ve always had great tours/guides with them … but I noticed that they only ever seem to reply to negative reviews and not to positive reviews. Their guides seem to work really hard to get great comments … it would be nice if withlocals expressed just as much positive value for positive feedback as they do for negative comments on public platforms. It wont stop us booking with them but i just find it quite a shame that they dont value great comments about guides as much as they value negative comments.

5.00We enjoyed good samples and learned a lot about life in Hong Kong. The tastings were interesting. Matteo gave good advice for future exploration of Hong Kong. We were tired so our pace was slow but he adjusted.

5.00We did the night market tour with Cosmo. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his English was very good. He answered all my questions and even told us about his life and how he grew up in Hong Kong and where he’s traveled. We walked around the flower market, Ladies market and took the tram to the Temple Street night market. We sampled 4 street food items and 1 drink. We didn’t leave overly full which was ideal and we saw some areas we never knew existed. Cosmo even made sure our Uber picked us up before leaving us. Would definitely book again with Cosmo and recommend him for tours around Hong Kong

2.00Our guide Cosmos was lovely and well travelled. We were disappointed that we paid for a Food tour and we had only 4 tastings in total with not much options. This was not good value for money.

5.00We booked the tastings and night markets tour with Emcee, and were thrilled that we did. Emcee was very flexible with our limited time in Hong Kong, and gave us a great overview of a number of different food spots we never would have found on our own. She also provided us with a number of great recommendations for the rest of our stay in Hong Kong. We cannot recommend Emcee enough!

1.00When we called to find out where our guide was he said that our call had just woken him up! It was a 6 pm food tour! I texted him later for a confirmation of the canceled tour, he said that we canceled on him. This guy is crazy! Looking back on other comments, I see that he has done this before. He should not be allowed to offer tours with Trip Advisor. Ruined our last night in Hong Kong

3.00Sam was great but details of this tour needed to be more specific. We did not expect it to be so much walking and 2 of our group had mobility issues. Very expensive for a walking tour and we needed to get our own transportation to get to the tour from the cruise terminal.
