5.00Our family had an absolutely unforgettable time ziplining with Joe and Russell! From the moment we arrived, they made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and excited for the adventure ahead. Their professionalism was clear in how thoroughly they explained everything, but what really stood out was their sense of humor and ability to connect with both kids and adults. Joe kept the energy high with his jokes and encouragement, while Russell made sure everyone felt confident and secure before each line. They struck the perfect balance between fun and safety, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The views were incredible, and by the end, we were all wishing we could do it again. It was one of those rare activities that truly brought our whole family together—lots of laughs, a few thrills, and great memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re considering ziplining, we can’t recommend going with Joe and Russell enough. They made the experience exceptional from start to finish!

5.00Legacy Mountain is the premium zipline experience in the Smokies!! Fairly priced, efficiently managed, and runs on time despite how popular this attraction is. While we waited we checked out the shop and played a few games of corn hole that was available for us anxious customers. The tour length was perfect, yet we left wanting more for another time. The highlight of our experience was for sure the VIEWS!! Followed closely by the fun, thrills, and laughs, not just from the amazing ride, but moreover the staff. Cricket and Joe were absolutely outstanding guides! From the start they made everyone feel safe, comfortable, and excited for the experience. Their instructions were clear, their energy was contagious, and they balanced professionalism with a great sense of humor that made the whole adventure even better. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. They kept things fun while always putting safety first, and they went out of their way to encourage anyone who was nervous. By the end, it felt like we were zipping with friends. If you get the chance to go with Cricket and Joe, you’re in great hands. They made the experience memorable and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing zipline adventure!

5.00Jacob and Joe were amazing guides. Jacob noticed that I too was diabetic and we made jokes about it with each other the whole time. Joe is such a chill and amazing guy and we so welcoming! I love that they do pictures at line 6 as you are going down. Amazing all around. I’ll have to come back the next time I’m in town!

5.00It was an awesome experience. The admission fee is totally justifiable and all the big zip lines charge about the same around here. It’s a total of 2.5 hrs over 7 zip lines and views are breathtaking. The guides were amazing and kept us entertained with facts and tips. They were very professional and meticulous and made our experience a very memorable one.

Will and Joe, our guides, were absolutely fantastic—funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made everyone feel comfortable and safe while keeping the energy high the entire time. Their personalities truly made the experience unforgettable. The views were breathtaking—soaring above the mountains with panoramic scenery that you just can’t get anywhere else. It was the perfect mix of adventure and beauty. We also brought our 8-year-old, and he LOVED every second of it. The guides were amazing with him, making sure he felt confident and excited the whole way through. If you’re visiting the area, this is an absolute must-do. We’ll be talking about this experience for a long time.
