What To Expect
You will be greeted by your captain on the boat. After loading, a safety briefing, and waiver signing, we will embark on a 3-hour tour (go ahead and sing the theme song for Gilligan's Island). On all your tours, you'll have the chance to get up close and personal with some of nature's most beautiful creatures. Captain Chris knows all the best spots where you can spot dolphins swimming near the boat, giving you the unique opportunity to observe them in the wild from a safe distance. You may even see other wildlife, such as rays, sharks, manatees, and sea turtles, during your journey. Enjoy interesting facts from an experienced guide. Captain Chris is passionate about educating people about dolphins and other forms of sea life. During your tour, he will be sure to share interesting facts about these amazing creatures and provide funny dad jokes. He will also answer any questions you may have about their behavior or habits in their natural habitat. His knowledge is sure to make your experience even more enjoyable. Relax onboard or take a swim. The Flippin' Awesome Adventures boat can hold up to six passengers plus the captain, so there's plenty of room for everyone onboard. The boat has comfortable seating, so you can relax while taking in all the natural beauty around you. If you're feeling adventurous, there is also a swim platform where you can jump in for a swim or snorkel session. • Guests embark on a short cruise across the bay to Shell Island and jetties. Along the way, they have a chance to spot dolphins and other wildlife. • Stop at Shell and explore the famous white-sand beaches. • Snorkel and explore the underwater marine life guided by Captain Chris

5.00Capt Sierra was amazing! We had 3 kids and 3 adults. She snorkeled off Shell Island and brought us a bunch of sea creatures to hold while she gave facts and details about each one. It was like a science class on the water…but way more fun than school. We also went to the beach on the Gulf side to hunt for sharks teeth and shells.

5.00The guided tour was great! Captain Chris showed us some marine life and we saw a pod up dolphins feeding and or kids got to find their own marine lime to explore and study themselves. It was a great experience!

5.00We had an awesome day with Captain Chris! The weather started out cloudy, but he found dolphins right away. We got to snorkel around and find all kinds of native species in the water, and Captain Chris explained them in detail, then we released them. He is great with kids, kept their attention, knew how to communicate with them, and what started out as a day with quiet, reserved kids, turned into an amazing adventure where they opened up and got stoked! Highly recommended for families looking for something unique to do for half a day. Thank you, Chris!

5.00Captain Sierra gave us the experience of a lifetime! We were able to get up close to observe a pod of dolphins, saw a newborn dolphin, had shell island all to ourselves for a bit for some shell hunting, hold a sea urchin, and learned lots of fun new marine biology facts. Brought my 5 and 6 year old and they had a blast! Couldn’t have asked for a better morning on the water!

5.00Super anwesome adventure! I just so happened to go alone but this could be a fun group or family outing as well. Captain Chris is very engaging and knowledgeable. I got to see dolphins which was an amazing thing to get to witness. Oh and this tour is dog friendly!!

5.00Best trip to see dolphins and learn about the creatures in the ocean. Also got to check out a beautiful beach shell island and you have a great driver too! We will definitely do it again!
