When you book a tour or activity, you will now see an interactive timeline—the Booking Stepper—on your booking details page. This stepper visually tracks your booking progress from initial request to final confirmation.
Key Steps You May See:
Deposit Made: If your booking requires a deposit, this step confirms your initial payment.
Request Payment: A prompt asking you to fulfill your payment obligation.
Payment Completed / Confirm Payment: Indicates that your full payment has been successfully processed and verified.
Confirmed By Operator: The ultimate stamp of approval! The tour operator has confirmed your spot.
Cancelled / Rejected: If plans change or availability falls through, the stepper will clearly show that the booking was cancelled or rejected, often alongside a note explaining the reason.
The stepper automatically updates as the status of your booking changes in real-time, meaning you never have to guess whether your transaction went through!
2. Viewing Your Booking Details
To see your booking details, simply navigate to your user profile and click on your specific booking. The Booking Detail page provides:
Booking Status Badges: Clear visual indicators (e.g., Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled).
Customer Support Info: Quick access to help if you encounter any issues.
Activity Details: The date, time, timezone, and specifics of the tour or package you selected.
Payment Window Counter: If you haven't paid yet, a countdown timer ensures you know exactly how long you have to secure your booking before it expires.
3. Selecting Payment Methods
We support a variety of payment methods to make your checkout seamless.
Credit/Debit Cards: You can safely enter your card information. Your card details are securely masked (e.g., displaying only the last 4 digits).
PayPal: Fast and secure payment using your PayPal account.
VietQR / Bank Transfers: (Depending on the booking source and region) You may have the option to scan a QR code for direct bank transfers. The system will clearly display the provider and collection account details.
Your selected payment method, provider, and payment status (Paid, Pending, Refunded) are always visible on the Booking Detail page under the payment section.
