Best tour ever booked via viator - mid january so not too busy but something else we took the boat to get there and bus to get back. Multi zone city tickets are a great way to go

Great tour with very knowledge able tour guide. I loved the brief driving tour of the city seeing different areas I would not have otherwise visited. Also really appreciated the walking tour of old town. I had walked the area the day before solo, but doing it again with a guide who shared more historic context was far more interesting. The boat ride to the chocolate factory wasn't too long, although the boat was very crowded and we had to stand. Would recommend getting their earlier to get seating (especially indoor seating if going during the winter). By the time you get to the factor you're likely hungry so I'd recommend gabbing lunch first before starting the museum tour. It's very crowded so grabbing seating will be difficult. The tour is self paced so you can spend more / less time in each area. I especially liked the free bon bons at the end. Tour attendees have the option to meet the guide at a specified time to return by boat. Or you can leave on your own and take a bus back into town (which is directly across the street from the museum and is a straight shot. very easy). I'm glad I went and would highly recommend.

There was a short walking tour prior to us taking a boat to get to the Lindt museum. The tour was quick but informative and pointed key attractions in the city centre. Once you’re there you have the option of meeting back up with the guide after, or taking your own form of transportation back into Zurich city centre (they provide you with a 24 hour transit pass).
