5.00We enjoyed a 4 hour walking tour around the sites of Yokohama. We enjoyed seeing Yamasita park and Sankeien Gardens. Had the opportunity to ride the local bus and see the sites around the port. Our guide Yana was very friendly and knowledgeable.

5.00We covered a lot in the 4 hours allotted for this tour. Abir was great. She really knew her Japanese history/culture and we learned a lot! It was nice having someone lead us, especially navigating the train system (which is great btw). Chinatown was fun and we got to taste some of their delicious foods.

1.00I don’t know where to start! I am so disappointed with this tour. I paid $170 Aud for a WALKiNG tour and the tour guide was on google maps the whole time and was not from the area. Apart from being very expensive to begin with I was shocked to learn I also pay for the guides drinks good and train tickets ! I was also asked to top up his train pass at $28 Aud and at this stage asked to end the tour and take me back to my hotel. I could have used google maps myself and gone on my own tour! I work in the travel industry and I just cannot believe I was charged this amount for nothing! Very very disappointed and would not recommend at all. Do not waste your money!

1.00While almost every personal tour we have ever booked with Viator was outstanding this, unfortunately, was not. The guide failed to identify that three of the principal sites was closed the day of our tour. Had we known this we surely would have cancelled. We assume any local expert knows the workings of their area and would preadvise of any closures. When we asked for a fee adjustment it was denied by the subcontractor.
