5.00I booked this trip online for my family. We had a blast. The entire staff from check-in to landing were friendly, helpful, and hilarious. This was our first ride and we will definitely be back. Our guide was Brett- 10/10. Would request him for any rides. However, all the staff seemed great and knowledgeable!

5.00River Rat is top notch! All the way from operations, retail presentation and selection, to customer service. Everything was amazing and we recommend this to anyone looking to have a blast! Lacy was our guide and she was the best. Larry was so friendly and helpful when we were shopping. LJ made the ride to the Dam entertaining.

We had the time of our lives, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Brett. From the moment we hit the water, Brett’s energy, expertise, and sense of humor set the tone for an epic day. He made us feel safe while keeping the vibe adventurous and fun. Whether we were crashing through rapids, paddling hard, or just floating and taking in the scenery, Brett kept us engaged, entertained, and smiling the entire way. He clearly knows the river like the back of his hand, giving us just the right balance of excitement and confidence. Every rapid felt like a new challenge, and every calm stretch was a chance to laugh, joke, and take in the beauty of the surroundings. He even threw in some fun facts and river stories that made the trip feel unique and personal. If you’re even thinking about whitewater rafting – do it. And if you’re lucky enough to get Brett as your guide, you’re in for a legendary experience!

5.00Brett was a rockstar guide! As first time white water rafter’s, we were all a bit nervous, but he made us so at ease and made the trip so enjoyable. The entire staff was so fun and they made it an absolute adventure. Highly recommend using River Rat!

5.00I am so glad my family and friends did the Xtreme rafting! We loved it! Our guide, Bobbie was awesome, tells quite a few dad jokes, and definitely knows a lot of history. The people behind the counter were so sweet and helpful and we had great time talking with them. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
