Great value for money, especially if you want the winery experience without being super into doing the winery tours. It’s not very clear but does come with ferry tickets. Overall awesome trip!

Below are some things the operator should tell the travellers, and would have made our experience a lot better. I would have liked to have all of this information and quite clear instructions. These things are important to me; - What times are the ferries? - The fact that you can travel on any Fullers360 Waiheke ferry, but not the reserved ferries. - The hop on and off bus is called the Western Explorer. It's a green double decker bus. It's a 90 minute round trip, and there are 3 buses so they come every 30 minutes. - The Batch winery lunch is a large charcuterie (cheese, crackers, bread, dips, meat and mussels) platter and a small desert, and a glass of wine. - that lunch is available between 11am and 2:30 This info would have made the whole experience much better. This information about the trip should have been on the App or the website.

Book direct with fullers 360, kiosk on the dockside to get this, don't book here! Disorganised. Not as experience written in viator website. No guide, just left to own devices.

A great day trip that started next to the cruise ship terminal. You pick the time you want to leave, based on the ferry schedule- but queue up early. Once you arrive on the island the bus takes you on a beautiful vineyard tour with narration. Once we arrived at Batch Winery high on the hill, we were well greeted and served a generous charcuterie board and selected glass of wine. The return trip was equally as good!

The overall experience for great. I do suggest the company provide better instructions at arrival to the wharf and when you arrive on the other island. I had to ask a lot of question because it was confusing.

This hop-on / hop-off tour was fine. The buses were clear, the staff friendly. My meal at Batch was fine but in no way good value for money. The views are amazing from Batch, though, so worth a stop. I wish I had just bough a bus ticket.

The.package includes Ferry tickets Pick-up upon arrival by bus that takes you to all the stops on the island. The people on the bus did not know our package but offered to get off directly at Batch. The tasting is really minimal 3 wines a white a rosé a red of 2023,2024 Add 10$ per person taste the 5 additional wines. Meals included a cheese/charcuterie selection very well with a glass of wine of your choice. Our very good pinot noir. Beautiful view. The bus passes every 20min and you can stop in the other tasting places at your expense.

The winery and vineyard lunch were good, but the logistics getting there were very confusing. First our tour said it started at 12:00am, so I had to email and ask when does it actually start. Then the ferry area is very busy, and our tickets wouldn’t print, so we ended up missing our ferry at 10:00 and had to wait an hour for the next. We also were under the impression we had a guide for the day but it was a hop-on hop-off bus, and we had only prepaid for one place of the 12+ on the island. Other groups had tickets for wine tastings at a few wineries. In short, this tour was fine, but it would’ve been easier (and same price) to book it directly at the ferry terminal where we would’ve had clearer instructions.

We had an amazing time and everything went flawlessly from our ferry boarding and back. Our guide Ruth was entertaining, the wines delicious, and the island beautiful. Definitely a good deal for the money-we got three fairly generous pours at three different wineries.

We had a great time on this tour! Jill was awesome and gave us lots of great info about the island! Three wineries was a perfect number! I definitely recommend it.
