Book our Turtle Canyon snorkel tour for some turtle fun today! Join us for an intimate experience that you will not soon forget! Our brand new 2025 boat is built to accommodate 49passengers but we limit all of our snorkel tours to 28passengers to ensure our guests receive the best experience possible! Our snorkel tour takes our guests to the famous Turtle Canyon to snorkel with the Hawaiian green sea turtles. All snorkel gear is provided for our snorkelers. You will be accompanied by two highly experienced in-water snorkel guides that will guide you around the reef for 50 minutes. Being a smaller group tour allows us to explore more of the reef and see the very most our reef has to offer us. All of our snorkel guides are lifeguard certified to ensure a safe snorkeling environment.

What To Expect
Our tour takes our guests along the beautiful coast of Waikiki, where we anchor at the well-known snorkel location called Turtle Canyon. This reef is known for the abundance of Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles that come to get their shells cleaned by the surrounding reef fish. The turtles frequently come up to the surface to breathe, where they can be seen by spectators who are both in the water and relaxing on the boat. In addition to turtles, you might see other local marine life. This includes various types of reef fish, eels, octopus, urchins, rays, and dolphins. Also with a chance at seeing Humpback Whales during Dec-April. Our crew is highly experienced with guiding guests around Turtle Canyons and maximizing their experience with the wildlife. When you feel satisfied with your in-water experience, hop back onboard our boat to enjoy the sun with complimentary beverages. Our Honu are protected by the State and Federal Governments, which means that you are not allowed to touch them.

3.00Crew were great! Unfortunately only giving three stars because of the location and the amount of people that were swarming turtle canyon. Without exaggerating there was easily 50-100 people from different companies fighting to get a glimpse of the turtles.

5.00The guides were great, really helped with every aspect. They were attentive while we were in the water to make sure we were safe. They give you snorkels that they sanitize so if you aren’t into that bring your own. Location was right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village so easily walkable. We had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

5.00If you want to snorkel in the ocean and do t care about other things, this tour is for you. We got to spend a lot of time in the water snorkeling…close to an hour, which is what I wanted. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and took care of the needs of their guests. My son didn’t want to snorkel so he got to hang out with one of the guides on her surf board. The team makes sure everyone has a good time and they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time. Highly recommend this tour to families and those who love snorkeling.

5.00We did the November 18, 2025, 9am turtle canyon tour and it could not have been better. From the crew (Elle, Sadie, and Preston) to the photographer (Emma) - everything start to finish was awesome! The value for your money and tour length were just right. Would it have been nice to be the only ones? Sure. But that's what private charters are for. We had about 20-ish people on our tour and it was tight in the water at times, especially when Preston found an octopus to pet, but overall everyone gave way when needed and there was no lack of things to see, from dolphins, to various fish, but the stars of the show - the turtles - were out and about in abundance! Weather was perfect. Water conditions calm and crystal clear. Captains and crew knew exactly what they were doing. And Emma took superior photos of our experience. All four were so nice and knowledgeable - and you can tell they love what they do. And I can't forget the brand new boat - the Paulele! We are so glad we picked Island Splash Tours. What a way to spend the day on our 30th wedding anniversary!

5.00Splash Snorkel Tours was fun! Super friendly crew, small group of ~20, boat not crowded. Guides were helpful and swam with the group the whole time—pointing out sea turtles, reef fish, and one member dove down to get a sea urchin so we could see and touch it. Clean gear and boat, and refreshing non alcoholic drinks afterwards. It was a perfect tour for our multigenerational family. Would book with them again.

A crew member even dove to get a sea urchin so we could experience seeing and one. Clean gear, comfy boat, and refreshing drinks afterwards. I recommend!
