The itinerary may be subject to change or certain visits or transportation may be omitted or substituted due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, or other operational reasons. Even in such circumstances, the tour may not be canceled, and the tour fare will not be refunded.
If the Sumida River Cruise is suspended for operational reasons, an alternative option might involve taking the Tokyo Bay Cruise (approximately 50 minutes, including the river cruise) departing from Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge. In such a scenario, the visit to Hama-Rikyu Gardens will be omitted.
If both the Sumida River Cruise and the Tokyo Bay Cruise are unavailable due to operational reasons or weather conditions, an alternative route may involve driving through Odaiba Island via Rainbow Bridge and taking the Metro Expressway to Asakusa by bus.
If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, unfortunately, we are unable to provide special meals. In such cases, we kindly ask you to choose the tour option without lunch.
Children up to 5 years old can join the tour for free. However, please be aware that bus seats and lunch will not be provided at no cost. If bus seats or lunch are required for a child, the applicable child fare will be charged.
A taxi may be utilized for pick-up and return services. Due to operational reasons, a guide may not accompany you during pick-up and return services. Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
The tour duration is approximately 9 hours. The remaining time will be allotted for pick up and travel time in between the attractions .
The tour involves a good amount of walking outdoors. We suggest wearing sneakers or comfortable shoes. Please prepare rain gear in case of bad weather.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Meiji Jingu Shrine
It is the largest Shinto shrine in Tokyo, completed in 1920 to honor the spirits of Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken, who played a crucial role in establishing the modern nation after the end of the Samurai Era.
Shibuya Crossing
The location is renowned as the world's busiest intersection, commonly referred to as Shibuya Scramble Crossing.

5.00Very good program to see the most important site in Tokyo. I have enough time to see what was in the program. The tour guide was very knowledgeable explain everything in details. The bus was comfortable the lunch was Japanese but good.

5.00This was a wonderful tour. Not too touristy. Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable. They picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in a comfortable bus. We were lucky and had a small group of only 7. It was a well balanced tour with just the right amount of walking and the lunch was good.

5.00Asako was fantastic! It felt like a private tour, I learned so much about the local culture, landmarks etc. We saw two weddings on the unluckiest day of the year at Meji Shrine. I was able to participate in prayers, incense burning and other local customs. It felt like going with a trusted friend vs bored tour guide. Any future tours, I will book with Asako!

5.00This was an excellent way to visit some of the most important sights in Tokyo in an easy, comfortable way. The pickup/drop-off service was very helpful, and the tour guide was friendly and informative. A number of the sights were only experienced as a drive-by, but the actual visits to the Meiji Shrine and the Hamarikyu Gardens were great. It's worth purchasing the lunch - we had a lovely lunch at an old, traditional restaurant. Unfortunately, no bathroom on the bus.

5.00We had a wonderful experience on this tour! The company was very organized getting us to the bus and our guide was friendly, informative and helpful at the end with figuring out how to get back to our hotel (not one of the places they do pickups). We signed up the for the full-day tour which had pickup from a nearby hotel at 8:10AM. As the day progressed we realized this was not going to end at 4PM but more like 7:00PM or 7:30PM. We decided to peel off from the group after the river boat ride because with our limited time in town we had things we wanted to do. Even so, we definitely felt that we got the full value out of what we paid and there was no problem with us leaving when we did. I would sign up and take this tour again, but I might only do the morning half because it was a very efficient use of time.
