5.00Katie and Maya were great teachers. They made the experience fun. After pick up from our hotel the morning started with a good overview/introduction to the ingredients at a market before arrival at the cooking school. We were given step by step cooking demonstrations for each of the 5 dishes before preparing the dishes ourselves.

5.00Both Katie and Maya were amazing… they taught us multiple local dishes that started with a grocery market visit were we learned to select the best local ingredients. Then we were taught step by step how to prepare our ingredients and then ultimately cook our dishes. At the end of the day I had to tap out!! There was just way more food than I could eat. I definitely recommend skipping breakfast before this tour.

5.00Maya was an excellent teacher! First it started at the market, telling us about the ingredients we would be cooking and then we drove to the cooking class, and made tomyum soup, pad Thai, panang curry and tofu cashew nut stir fry. I’m a veggie and they accommodated to food choices - which were all delicious 😋😋😋 I would highly recommend this if you’re in the area!
