5.00It was excellent! I was the only one on my afternoon tour. It was wonderful being guided through the museum's bronzes, pottery and porcelain. It really added to my overall understanding and appreciation of Chinese art.

3.00Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable and had fascinating information, especially about ceramics as that is also his background. He spent a long 2.5 hrs with us which is great. Trouble is that we weren't able to wander and look at artefacts ourselves as he only concentrated on the artefacts that he felt were notable and fit in the narrative he was building. We thought we could stay on afterwards and explore more ourselves but we ended up tired and hungry so left without feeling like we'd properly spent our admission fee. I really appreciated his knowledge but I wish we'd been able to look around and ask him questions about things we thought were interesting too.

3.00The guide was a very nice person who was organizing the fact that she didn’t seem very much. I was also very annoyed that the link to my ticket and the event details in the email expired or disappeared so I couldn’t check what I was supposed to do to meet the guide . The guide message to me on WhatsApp and whilstI have WhatsApp, I don’t use it. I’m not aware of any one in Australia who use it on a regular basis.

5.00Clement was exceptional. He has an intimate knowledge of the vast collection at the national Palace Museum. He gave us an introduction to an overview of the ceramics, bronze, and Jade collections. He did it in such a way that we were able to get a good grasp of the historical perspective and also enjoy the beauty of the collection. I felt as if I was being given a tour by a friend. I would highly recommend this tour. I have booked multiple trips through Viator and can say without hesitation that this was the best tour that I have ever had.
