What To Expect
When you arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, you'll be met by your professional driver and driven by comfortable private vehicle to your accommodation in Taipei City. When making a booking, please provide the following information. • Arrival flight details • Taipei accommodation info According to the address of your accommodation, please select the correct pricing option. Failing to select the correct one might incur additional charge. • Area A: other districts in Taipei City • Area B: Beitou District Vehicles used: • Sedan (suitable for 1 to 2 people): Toyota Camry 2.0 or equivalent • Minivan (suitable for 3 to 5 people): Volkswagen T5 or equivalent Baggage Allowance: 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 carry-on bag are allowed per person Waiting Time: 1.5 hour after the flight touches down. If you do not show up after 1.5 hours waiting time, the booking will be considered as “no-show.” There is no refund on this. 5.00Because of a delayed connection we missed our flight to Taipei. So we were rebooked for the following day. We found out about the delay after the 24 cancellation window was passed. I messaged the provider directly and called Viator. The Viator help desk did nothing for me. They just said it was outside the window so no changes were possible. The provider response was give them the new flight information and they would be there. And they were!! The car was very nice and the travel time was less than the quoted time. I would use them again.

5.00After exiting baggage claim, my private driver was at the designated area for passenger pick up service. He had a board up with my name written on it. I approached him. We greeted and he led me outside to a designated place to wait while he went to get his car. His vehicle was a clean comfortable minivan. He loaded my 2 luggage and we headed to my hotel. He gave me a bottle of water as I was seated. As we were riding along, he pointed out areas we were passing and made suggestions of places to visit in accordance to my interests, as well as places to eat, night markets info, etc. When we arrived at my hotel, he unloaded my bags and gave me a Taipei map of undiscovered places, in English and the native language guide, and a guide to Muslim friendly travel. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and my private driver.

1.00We were told that that driver would be there with a sign of our names. It was a no show and I have to call the emergency contact they provided for multiple times. They kept saying the driver will be there. After a 45 min wait, the driver finally showed up. The car was supposed to be promised as a Nissan van. A dirty Kia came instead and the front seat belt barely works. Poor customer service overall!
