What To Expect
When you arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, you'll be met by your professional driver and driven by comfortable private vehicle to your accommodation in Taipei City. When making a booking, please provide the following information. • Arrival flight details • Taipei accommodation info According to the address of your accommodation, please select the correct pricing option. Failing to select the correct one might incur additional charge. • Area A: other districts in Taipei City • Area B: Beitou District Vehicles used: • Sedan (suitable for 1 to 2 people): Toyota Camry 2.0 or equivalent • Minivan (suitable for 3 to 5 people): Volkswagen T5 or equivalent Baggage Allowance: 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 carry-on bag are allowed per person Waiting Time: 1.5 hour after the flight touches down. If you do not show up after 1.5 hours waiting time, the booking will be considered as “no-show.” There is no refund on this. 5.00Excellent communication; they provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions for meeting the driver at Taoyuan Airport. Even though our flight was delayed by over an hour, the driver was already waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a sign with our name. He was courteous and helpful, handling all of our luggage during loading and unloading. I will use their services again and will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

5.00It was a great day with Vincent. He took us to 3 cities and showed us a variety of experiences. In between we had a delicious stop for lunch on the outdoor porch of a restaurant with a beautiful view. We have travelled quite a bit and Vincent is one of the best guides we’ve had.

2.00The driver was a little late picking us up at the airport. We had to wait 5-10 minutes at arrivals looking for a driver with a sign. He was not there when we exited Customs, so I texted the company. They contacted him as he was walking up to the meeting point. The driver did not speak English at all. The tour company said that the airport transfer service drivers only speak Mandarin. The driver drove aggressively and did not turn on his headlights. I texted the tour company, who called the driver (and the driver told them that he had his headlights on). But I'm pretty certain that he only had his daytime running lights on, because when he tailgated other cars, there was no reflection.

2.00The dispatcher was very rude. He sent me to a wrong car. We waisted about 20 min and had to come back to airport to board to another car. And further the dispatcher complained about me of giving him wrong information. I almost missed my tour because of this. Very disappointed! Wouldn’t recommend others to take this transfer service.
