Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

We drove ourselves to the Maverick Helicopters building and they have plenty of free parking for customers. They also offer shuttle service from the nearby hotels if needed. Our helicopter ended up only having 4 people so we switched seats halfway through the trip at one of our stops which was nice. We first stopped at a place to re-fuel the helicopter and then we stopped again inside the actual Grand Canyon. You were able to walk around and take as many pictures as you wanted. There were also free drinks (soda and champagne) plus snacks. I feel like the lighting towards sunset made the Grand Canyon walls pop. We then flew over Fremont Street and the Strip at sunset before returning back to the airport.

Tour was great, tour guide was great however very disappointed on the fly back over the strip was still semi daylight therefore we didn’t fly back over the strip lit up as advertised and was main reason we chose the sunset tour

Visited last Vegas for the first time and was always a dream to visit the Grand Canyon. Our pilot was exceptionally professional. He explained everything and answered all questions asked. Gave tips on what to video and where the best places are to take photos. I would highly recommend giving this tour a go.
